As one of the key technologies leading the technological and industrial transformation in the digital information age,the Internet of Things has strongly promoted the development of the global digital economy.Its core supporting devices are sensors used for information perception.Among them,the acceleration sensor can detect the speed,displacement,attitude and other motion states of the object,which is widely used in smart phones,instrument fault determination,vibration detection and positioning and many other fields.This paper proposes an intelligent table tennis scoring system based on accelerometer array,which is used to detect the position of falling ball point and perform intelligent scoring display,aiming at many problems in the scoring of table tennis competition,such as excessive data processing,high price,poor real-time performance,high misjudgment rate and high labor cost.On this basis,the application of location detection and classification alarm of explosive impact debris based on accelerometer array and location algorithm is expanded.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of ball-table collision,a ball-table model based on accelerometer distribution array and multi-signal cooperative location algorithm are proposed.A wooden board with both bouncing uniformity and vibration transmission is laid on the ball table,and an ADXL335 acceleration sensor array is arranged below the board to collect the vibration signals of table tennis landing point.The accurate coordinates of falling ball points are obtained by the multisignal collaborative positioning algorithm.Mathematical modeling and practical testing of the algorithm show that the accuracy of the algorithm is higher than 95%,which verifies the feasibility of its application in the scoring system.(2)The table tennis intelligent scoring auxiliary system is built by combining hardware and software.In the hardware circuit system,the collision signal is collected by the accelerometer array and then transmitted to the microprocessor for signal analysis and processing.The software module includes the core program of microprocessor based on Keil platform and the Qt-based humancomputer interaction interface of upper computer.Among them,the table tennis vibration signal acquisition and processing conversion program is written by C language,and the landing point coordinates are obtained by calculating and processing the converted electrical signals by using the multi-signal collaborative positioning algorithm.The host computer receives the coordinate of the drop point,and obtains the score of the match and displays it with the coordinate of the drop point in real time by developing the scoring logic algorithm.A large number of experimental results show that the detection accuracy of this system is optimized to more than twice(the error is within 1 cm)compared with the existing similar detection devices with the best performance.(3)Based on the developed accelerometer array location system,its application scenario is further expanded.Based on the acceleration sensor array and multi-signal collaborative positioning algorithm,an alarm system applied to the location of explosive impact debris protective suit was developed,and a wearable acceleration sensor array and flexible circuit based on flexible materials were prepared.Through signal processing and analysis,the impact point location and impact amplitude calculation of explosive debris were realized.Further research and development of a hierarchical alarm system that can be responded by the upper computer on the PC.According to the specific position coordinates of impact landing point,the upper computer responds to different levels of alarm to achieve the purpose of safely guiding rescue work and ensuring the personal safety of rescue workers,which can be applied to the safety operation monitoring of firefighters.
