| Basketball originated in the United States and has become a favorite sport all over the world through the development of Mexicans.Basketball was introduced into China late,but it was highly accepted and soon became one of the favorite sports for teenagers.At present,for Chinese teenagers,basketball has strong entertainment interaction and full of skills and interest.Compared with other activities,it is novel and interesting.Its team cooperation nature and perfect competition mechanism fully stimulate teenagers’ desire for victory and defeat.It not only makes individuals strong and healthy,but also exercises the ability of joint cooperation.Especially in the middle school campus,the cost of basketball competition is low,and most domestic campuses have basic basketball equipment.Therefore,there are more and more spontaneous basketball competitions and school organized basketball competitions,and the development of basketball has been paid great attention.Since 2017,China has selected and built a total of 1972 campus basketball characteristic schools.It has become a powerful behavior to promote the all-round development of the human body Department of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,enhance the physical and mental quality of teenagers,and cultivate sports reserve talents.Although basketball has made great progress since its introduction and promotion,it still has great deficiencies for some characteristic schools in China.We need to find the factors affecting the development and analyze the solutions.It is not only responsible for students,but also an important measure to promote the development of Chinese sports and improve the construction of basketball characteristic campus.This paper takes the characteristic middle school campus in Zunyi City as the main place of investigation,and takes the development and strategy of basketball in characteristic schools as the research object.Through the use of a series of methods such as literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers,venues,equipment and funds of characteristic Middle School Basketball Schools in middle school campus Through systematic and in-depth research on the current situation of basketball classes in schools with campus basketball characteristics,the investigation of basketball extracurricular activities in schools with campus basketball characteristics,the current situation of basketball team training in schools with campus basketball characteristics,the current situation of basketball competitions in schools with campus basketball characteristics,and the restrictive factors of basketball sports in schools with campus basketball characteristics,the conclusions are as follows:1.The teaching staff of zunyi Middle School campus basketball characteristic School can meet the current teaching work,and there are problems such as the imbalance of the proportion of male and female physical education teachers,the simplification of age structure and the younger age.At the same time,the investment in post-service continuing education of physical education teachers and coaches is not enough.In addition,there is a shortage of high-level talents among teachers,the level of scientific research is weak,the number of intermediate or non-professional titles is large,the teaching staff has experience but no theory,personal skills but no effective teaching methods,and the overall level needs to be strengthened.2.The basketball course of zunyi Middle School campus basketball characteristic school still needs to improve its quality.At present,the classroom teaching content is relatively single,the teaching mode is rigid and the teaching evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Can not effectively popularize basketball knowledge,improve the level of basketball.3.Zunyi Middle School campus basketball characteristics school extracurricular basketball activities are relatively rich,students can according to their interests to carry out their favorite basketball activities,and held a variety of competition activities;There are still contradictions in training for athletes,and the problem of entering a higher school for athletes facing graduation needs to be solved urgently. |
