In recent years,my country has long attached importance to the role of scientific and technological achievements in economic development,and has introduced a series of policies to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.However,due to the lack of effective promotion channels for the scientific and technological achievements of teachers and students in colleges and universities,companies that have an urgent need for scientific and technological achievements cannot obtain the corresponding information in the first time.In order to solve the contradiction of information mismatch and improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements,under the guidance of software engineering theory,an Internet-based method for the transformation and connection of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is proposed,and a set of information management system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is developed and realized.The system includes two modules: client and management.The client is responsible for the display of scientific and technological achievements.Users can view the detailed content of relevant scientific and technological achievements through the client,or search for scientific and technological achievements that meet their needs according to the screening conditions.The management terminal is mainly aimed at university administrators,and different administrators have different management rights.Scientific and technological achievements are reviewed by the Scientific Research Office before they are released,and only after the review can they be seen by users.The specific contents of this study are summarized as follows:1.Based on the theory of front-end and back-end separation,this paper adopts the MVVM(Model-View-View Model)development model,so that the front-end and back-end can not only be developed at the same time,but also the division of labor during development is more clear,which greatly improves the development efficiency.Overall structure.2.Based on the recommendation principle of association rules,Apriori algorithm and FP-Growth algorithm are used to recommend scientific and technological achievements to users,and an optimization method of Apriori algorithm is proposed.3.Through the detailed analysis of the user’s requirements,the functional modules of the system are designed,and the functions of these modules are realized by combining various software development techniques.The front-end development of this system adopts Java Script language and Vue framework,the back-end adopts Java language and Spring framework set,the database uses My SQL,and the front-end and back-end use Ajax for interaction,following the Restful interface specification.The platform system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities relies on the recommendation mechanism of the local advantageous industries to realize the precise connection of scientific and technological achievements,further promote the development of local enterprises,and realize the real value of scientific and technological achievements. |
