Research And Implementation Of Psychological Service Platform For College Students Based On Psychological Portrait

With the development of social economy,people’s pace of life is getting faster and faster,and psychological pressure is increasing,which gradually evolves into psychological problems.Among them,the psychological problems of college students deserve special attention,because the quality of college students is related to the future development of the country.Psychoeducation in our country started late and has not yet met the desired expectations.For the mental health problems of college students,the school mainly adopts the form of online psychological questionnaires to understand students’ psychological problems,which is not only single and boring,but also makes many students resist and are unwilling to cooperate,thus affecting the effect of psychological improvement.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to use psychological portrait+ questionnaire test + video push to build a psychological service platform for college students.The software part of the system adopts the front-end and back-end separation architecture,and vue.js as the front-end framework,using elementUI,ECharts and other components to complete the display of front-end pages;Use Axios to complete ajax requests and dynamically route pages to load and switch;The backend uses the SpringBoot framework and uses SpringSecurity as permission control;Use the mysql database,use Redis for caching of data,and interact with the database through MyBatis.At the business level,the system selects 55 psychological test scale sets suitable for college students as test sets,including 12 categories,involving college students from psychology,personal factors,temperament,emotions,intelligence to social adaptation,interpersonal communication,occupation,dependence and other aspects.Users were tested with these scales and constructed psychological labels based on the intrinsic impact factors of the questionnaire.Combined with the basic attributes of users,the interaction attributes and feedback attributes in the system are used to jointly build a psychological portrait model.On this basis,the project-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is used to realize the push of relevant psychological video resources,and the videos required by users are pushed in combination with the actual situation of users,so that users can understand their own internal situation in the process of brushing videos and find ways to solve their own problems.The system enables those who have psychological problems and are unwilling to accept psychological counseling to resolve their inner conflicts as early as possible and achieve the effect of psychological assistance.
