With the rapid development of education information age,teaching resources are increasingly rich,including all kinds of micro class as the carrier of online teaching,flipped classroom,Mooc,mixed education mode arises at the historic moment,become the compulsory education in each subject important relying on resources,With the deepening reform of education,the teaching structure and education mode are constantly changing.On the basis of micro-course,a new teaching form of interactive micro-course appears.The use of interactive micro-course assisted teaching not only conforms to the development trend of teaching information modernization,but also meets the curriculum standard requirements of training students in junior middle school biology,improve the teaching effect.This study is aimed at students’ after-class review of junior high school biology,With the Camstasia Studio and Focusky software as the technical support,Combining the teaching interactive hierarchy theory,cognitive load theory,ARCS motivation theory,and Gagne’s classification theory of learning results,Using the literature research method,experimental research method,questionnaire survey method,data analysis method and interview method,According to the ADDIE design mode and the micro-course design model proposed by Liang Leming and other scholars,The design of interactive micro-class for junior high school biology review,Discuss the teaching effect and educational value of interactive micro course applied to junior middle school biology review.The results of the study show that,Interactive micro-class is applied to junior high school biology after class review,Improve the learning effect of students,It not only improves the students’ academic performance,At the same time also improve the students’ review enthusiasm,initiative,Stimulate students’ interest and motivation in learning biology;Enriched the diversified learning methods of contemporary students based on network resources,Promoted the organic combination of in-class teaching and after-class review,Improve the comprehensive ability of students;Explain the biological knowledge in a nonlinear media form,Increase the students’ knowledge thickness,Provide students with interesting and interesting learning resources;Interactivity in micro-classes increases students’ practical operation opportunities,To satisfy the students’ sense of participation in learning,Enhance the experience,Helps students to master their understanding of biology,Improve the overall learning effect.
