Junior high school students entering adolescence,due to the rapid development of physiology and psychology,but also have to face a series of difficulties such as academic pressure,peer communication,career planning and so on.Therefore,the vast majority of students will inevitably appear in the mood of restlessness,mood swings,impulse,irritability,polarization and other phenomena.The appearance of this emotion has brought great influence to students’ physiology and psychology.In order to guide junior high school students to learn to regulate and control their emotions on the basis of understanding their emotions and their changing characteristics,maintain a good emotional state,and promote the healthy development of adolescents.This paper innovates the teaching model,adopts the painting art activities of "house-tree-person" and "freehand Mandala",and combines the group guidance method to explore the effect of this model on the emotion management level of junior high school students.Taking junior high school students as the research object,the scale of Emotion management ability of junior high school students compiled by Wang Feifei was used to test the research.Questionnaire survey,interview and other methods were adopted in Chuzhou XX middle School,Anhui Province,and 45 middle school students were randomly selected and volunteered to participate in group psychological counseling for 10 times,each time lasting 90 minutes.In this study,subjects were divided into control group,experimental group A and experimental group B,with 15 students in each group for pre-and post-test.Investigators participated in the whole experiment process.After experiment,choosing several junior students to interview.The research results were as follows in the end:(1)Before the study,there were no significant changes and differences for experimental group A、B and control group.(2)After the experiment,there were conspicuous differences and changes for experimental group A comparing with experimental B、control group.(3)There were noteworthy differences in the emotional management level of experimental group A before and after.(4)There were no significant differences between experimental B and control group before and after in the level of emotional management.The experimental results in the end:Targeted painting group guiding can significantly improve junior high school students’ emotional management level.
