Teamwork and collaboration are the main form and prominent characteristics of modern scientific research.The quantity and quality of research teams not only affect the scientific research level of the institution,but also have a close relationship with the technological,economic and cultural development of the region to which they belong.Effective identification of influential research teams within the region and scientific and reasonable evaluation of the research teams will not only help the regional education and research management departments to accurately locate and grasp the regional core research forces and platforms,and formulate targeted policies to improve scientific research and education,so as to better promote the development of regional science and technology and economic society.At the same time,it also helps universities,disciplines and teams to strengthen the construction of talent teams and team cooperation.At present,there are many researches that use methods such as Scientometrics to identify scientific research teams in specific subject fields or at the level of universities and carry out multi-dimensional evaluation of the teams.However,there are few researches on the discovery and evaluation of regional and interinstitutional research teams,and there are also few researches on the comprehensive analysis of the research strength of humanities and social sciences in Jiangxi Province.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of Scientometrics,social network analysis and other methods,and based on the data of CNKI journal articles,to discover the high-impact scientific research teams in the field of humanities and social sciences in Jiangxi Province,and carries out multidimensional quantitative evaluation on the high-level teams,so as to understand the distribution and development status of highlevel teams in our province,summarize the characteristics and deficiencies,and propose corresponding development strategies.Firstly,based on the data of core journal papers published by different institutions in Jiangxi Province,major scientific research teams in Jiangxi Province were identified through the author and co-author network,and highlevel scientific research teams were identified according to the total influence of their publications.Secondly,a research team feature measurement system with 16 indicators including team structure,team cohesion,team stability and research content is constructed.By constructing the correlation model between the structural characteristics of the research team and the team’s research performance,the influence of the characteristics of the research team on their research performance was analyzed,and the representative high-impact research teams in the humanities and social sciences field of Jiangxi Province were selected for empirical analysis.On this basis,the evaluation was made and the shortcomings were summarized.Finally,according to the development status and deficiencies of high-level scientific research teams in humanities and social sciences in Jiangxi Province,corresponding development suggestions are put forward.It is found that the humanities and social sciences teams in Jiangxi Province have made significant progress in both research productivity and team influence,but the team development speed has decreased in recent years,and the development is unbalanced in the distribution of institutions and disciplines.Among them,economics and management,Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,Nanchang University and other universities have the most high-level teams;It is also found that the structural characteristics of research teams are closely related to research productivity and impact.Among them,the distribution of member institutions,the distribution of team topics and the average intensity of thematic research have a significant promoting effect on scientific research productivity.Characteristics such as the proportion of leading members,the equilibrium coefficient of the number of publications,the equilibrium coefficient of the number of citations,the cohesiveness of the team,the content correlation among members,and the repetition rate of the content of the team research have a significant promoting effect on the influence of scientific research.Based on this,in the development process of the research team,it is necessary to strengthen the balanced development of team structure,team cohesion,team stability and research content,so as to enhance the influence of the research team performance and promote the long-term development of the team.
