| With the rapid development of our society,the national economy is also flourishing,the education reform is deepening,and the education level has been greatly improved.However,through the author’s field survey and the review of a large amount of literature,I found that the frustration-resistance ability of junior high school students in China has not met the expectations of society,and there are also some frustration education problems of junior high school students that need to be solved.The existence of these frustration education problems is not conducive to the improvement of the frustration resistance of junior high school students in their adolescence,nor is it conducive to the implementation of quality education in China.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyse the current difficulties faced by frustration education for junior high school students,and to propose ways to implement and improve it.In this paper,the students and teachers of three junior high schools in the county where the author’s internship is located were selected as the subjects of the study.A questionnaire and field survey was conducted on the current situation of frustration education for junior high school students in the three schools,focusing on the sources of frustration,resistance to frustration and frustration education of students,the current situation of frustration education at home,the situation of frustration education carried out by teachers and the situation of frustration education carried out at school level.The survey results show that frustration education for junior high school students faces the following dilemmas: schools do not attach enough importance to frustration education,frustration education has not been fully integrated into the teaching plan and implemented according to the plan,the form of carrying out frustration education is relatively homogeneous,mainly carried out by classroom integration,ideology and politic classes,physical education and propaganda education,the practicality of frustration education content is not good and frustration education is not effective;junior high school students are generally lack of awareness of setbacks,lack of courage to face them bravely,lack of enthusiasm to participate in frustration education,and are more willing to do homework or go to the playground for free activities;parents have misconceptions about frustration education and do not attach enough importance to it.The main reasons for this are:the national policy on frustration education has yet to be improved;students are physically and mentally immature,prone to frustration,afraid of frustration and resistant to frustration education;schools place too much emphasis on examination-based education and are not sufficiently aware of frustration education;and parents’ expectations are too high due to fierce competition in society.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,the following suggestions are put forward for improvement: at the school level,frustration education should be expanded to meet the developmental requirements of students,frustration education principles should be clarified,frustration education courses should be established,education methods should be improved and quality education should be emphasized;at the family level,parents should establish a correct view of frustration education,improve their own quality and create a good family atmosphere;at the social level,a social environment conducive to the healthy growth of young people should be created,and the social environment should be strengthened.At the social level,a social environment conducive to the healthy growth of young people should be created,and social organizations should be strengthened to assist students in frustration education.Through these targeted measures,the effectiveness of frustration education for junior high school students will be increased,so that the needs and goals of students on the road to growth can be met and achieved. |
