| Cultivating students’ core mathematical literacy is the main goal of high school mathematics teaching.Building an efficient mathematics classroom that integrates information technology and mathematics teaching has become an inevitable requirement for current mathematics teaching.In previous studies,most of them focused on the application of information technology in mathematics classrooms,but there was a lack of research in using information technology to cultivate students’ core literacy.This article is a teaching practice research based on GeoGebra software,which aims to cultivate the mathematical core literacy of high school students.We use literature research method,questionnaire survey method,experimental research method and case analysis method in the study.First of all,the characteristics of GeoGebra software is systematically studied,and the feasibility of GeoGebra software-assisted teaching to cultivate mathematical core literacy is effectively analysed in combination with relevant educational theories.Then,through the experimental pre-class questionnaire,we can understand the current learning situation of students,the learning demands for the use of information technology,and the willingness to use GeoGebra software in the classroom.On this basis,comparative experimental teaching is designed to explore the cultivation effect of GeoGebra software on mathematical core literacy through post-experiment test paper detection and after-class questionnaire.Finally,we conducted a statistical analysis of the overall distribution and five major knowledge areas of GeoGebra software in the People’s Education A version of high school mathematics textbooks.A series of teaching cases based on GeoGebra software are designed from the following three aspects: develop mathematical abstraction and intuitive imagination literacy in the process of obtaining mathematical research objects;develop logical reasoning and mathematical operation literacy in the process of exploring the nature of mathematical objects;develop mathematical modelling and logical reasoning literacy in the process of exploring learning.The conclusion of the pre-class questionnaire shows that students welcome and expect GeoGebra software to enter the mathematics classroom,indicating that it is feasible to cultivate the core mathematical literacy based on GeoGebra assisted teaching.Comparative experimental teaching proves that it is effective to cultivate the core mathematical literacy of high school students based on GeoGebra software-assisted teaching through test results and questionnaire results.There is a lot of research space to use GeoGebra software to assist teaching to cultivate the core mathematical literacy of high school students.GeoGebra software can be used as a normalised teaching method in the mathematics classroom,enriching teachers’ teaching methods and students’ learning methods. |
