Abstract/Summary:
As the new curriculum reform continues to advance,new curriculum standards and textbooks have been successively published.Cultivating students’ core literacy has become the teaching goal of history courses,and interdisciplinary teaching and the application of information technology have also become key content.This requires teachers to transform their teaching concepts,improve their professional literacy and information technology literacy,and apply them to history classrooms.Historical maps,as a teaching resource,have been widely used by frontline teachers in history classrooms.They not only help students intuitively understand historical knowledge,but also contribute to the cultivation of students’ core competencies,such as their sense of time and space.However,the current channels for teachers to obtain historical maps are relatively limited.Teachers can use information technology to create historical maps that meet the needs of the classroom,thereby creating a more efficient learning environment.The first part of the introduction mainly elaborates on the reasons and significance of the topic selection and summarizes previous research results.The second part of the content mainly defines the related concepts of this research and displays the classification and characteristics of high school historical maps based on information technology,making the research content clearer and more concise.The third part is an analysis of the current application status and necessity of high school historical maps based on information technology in teaching.The fourth part is the application of high school historical maps based on information technology,including the use of information technology to create historical maps,as well as teaching design for lessons 1-5 of "Chinese and Foreign History Outline"(Part II).The fifth part analyzes the limitations and countermeasures of applying historical maps based on information technology in high school history teaching.The final conclusion section summarizes the article.In summary,the core content of this article lies in using information technology to present and create historical maps and applying them to history teaching.By actually creating and using these maps,the article explores their impact on history teaching.
