In this study,600 students from Changsha Information Vocational Technical School were surveyed by Middle School Student Coping Style Scale,Self-Acceptance Scale and Middle School Mental Health Scale.This paper probes into the relationship of coping style,self-acceptance and mental health of secondary vocational school students.The results show that:(1)The coping styles adopted by secondary vocational students are endurance,problem solving,retreat,help,venting,and fantasy;the self-acceptance of secondary vocational students is at a medium level;secondary vocational students have no problem except for hostility and psychological imbalance factors.In addition,there are mild problems in all other factors.(2)Self-acceptance and mental health of secondary vocational students There is no significant difference in household registration and whether it is a class cadre.There are significant differences in household registration in the ways of seeking help,retreat and endurance.Urban students are more inclined to adopt help-seeking methods.Rural students are more inclined to adopt a coping style of retreat and patience.Class cadres and non-class cadres have significant differences in the way they solve problems.Class cadres are more inclined to adopt problem-solving coping styles.(3)The scores of the problem-solving methods(problem solving,help-seeking)are significantly negatively correlated with the scores of mental health problems,while the scores of the coping styles(venting,fantasy,patience)and mental health problems are significant.Positive correlation.(4)The score of self-acceptance was significantly negatively correlated with the score of mental health problems.(5)The scores of the problem-solving methods(problem solving,help-seeking)are significantly positively correlated with the scores of self-acceptance,while the scores of coping styles(fantasy,patience)and the scores of self-acceptance factors are significantly negatively correlated.(6)Self-acceptance plays a full mediating role in the influence of the coping style of the problem on mental health,while the mediating effect is not significant in the influence of the coping style of the emotional response on mental health.
