Female physical education teachers college sports is an important and indispensable force on the education front,because both the characteristics of university physical education teachers and women,and determines their is a special group,so women PE teachers correctly understand the feature of his career and value,continuously improve the comprehensive quality of itself and adapt to social development,Is a necessary prerequisite for them to fulfill their important role.This requires female physical education teachers to attach great importance to their own career development,make full use of their gender characteristics,overcome the restrictive factors of career development,so as to promote their own development.This study by hunan provincial governor changzhutan 23 female physical education teachers of normal universities and colleges of undergraduate course as investigation object,the integrated use of documentary,questionnaire investigation,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,etc.,on the basis of the analysis of related literature,from the dimension of population characteristics study of female PE teachers in colleges and universities under the professional development level and difference.The results show:Second,the overall professional development level of female PE teachers in colleges and universities is low.Among them,the development level of educational teaching and scientific research dimension of female PE teachers in colleges and universities is higher than that of professional title,position and salary,while the development level of educational teaching dimension is higher than that of scientific research dimension.Thirdly,the professional development level of female PE teachers in colleges and universities is different under different demographic characteristics.(1)Compared with 45-49 years old and 50-54 years old,the career development of female PE teachers in colleges and universities under 29 years old and 30-34 years old is better.(2)The significance of female physical education teachers with doctor’s degree and those with bachelor’s degree and master’s degree was 0.000,indicating a very significant difference.(3)The professional development level of female PE teachers majoring in social sports is higher than that of female PE teachers majoring in physical education.(4)The development level of education and teaching dimension of female physical education teachers in colleges and universities with teaching age of 7-9 years is higher than that of female physical education teachers with teaching age of 1-3 years,10-12 years,13-15 years and above 18 years.(5)The development level of female PE teachers in colleges and universities with monthly income of 7001-8000 yuan is higher than that of other female PE teachers in education,teaching and scientific research.(6)The development level of female physical education teachers with less than 10 teaching sessions per week is higher than that of other female physical education teachers.(7)The professional development level of female PE teachers with lecturer title is lower than that of other female PE teachers.(8)The development level of professional titles of female physical education teachers at the level of deputy section is higher than that of female physical education teachers at the level of non-position.Fourthly,The factors that influence the career development of female PE teachers in colleges and universities include: family fetters make it difficult for female PE teachers to balance school work and family life;Concept constraint promotes lack of self-orientation and goal pursuit;The physiological influence makes it difficult for the female PE teachers in colleges and universities to bear excessive work pressure.Self-limitation makes female PE teachers in colleges and universities lack of achievement motivation to improve their status;Trait obsessiveness makes it difficult to have strong relationships.Fifthly,Some suggestions are put forward based on the research findings: to establish an encouragement system in line with the differences of female PE teachers;Carry out personnel reform system of humanistic care for female college PE teachers to eliminate the double fetters of family career;Set up a new gender concept,change the role of social occupation;Fully understand the characteristics and advantages of female physical education teachers;Carry out teaching and scientific research projects in accordance with the law of female physical education teachers’ development.
