With the rapid advancement of educational informatization,the forms and carriers of educational resources are becoming increasingly rich.Using course learning software to improve the learning effectiveness of users and improve their learning level has become one of the currently widely accepted learning methods.In view of the fact that China has not yet established a perfect and effective software quality evaluation mechanism for course learning,many course learning software research and development are still in a state of low efficiency,low quality,and repeatability,which leads to a waste of a lot of resources.For this reason,this article is dedicated to the research on course learning software quality evaluation system and course learning software quality evaluation model,and proposes a course learning software quality evaluation system and evaluation model based on user perspective.The work done in this article is as follows:Firstly,aiming at the possible impact of many factors on the quality of course learning software,through extensive reading and analysis of literature on software quality evaluation systems and course learning software quality evaluation systems at home and abroad,a preliminary evaluation index for course learning software quality based on user perspective was constructed.Then,through questionnaire survey,data collection and data analysis,a course learning software quality evaluation system based on user perspective was determined.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each evaluation indicator.Then,a quality evaluation model of course learning software based on user perspective is proposed.Based on the course learning software quality evaluation system,this thesis analyzes the current situation of course learning software quality evaluation models,and proposes a fuzzy evaluation method for course learning software quality combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This method takes the form of group decision-making,using the defined generalized orthogonal triangular fuzzy number as the evaluation value,uses the WSM decision-making method of learning software quality evaluation to aggregate expert group decision-making opinions,and then uses the TOPSIS decision-making method of learning software quality evaluation to solve the aggregated results,thereby evaluating the quality of educational software,obtaining educational software quality scores and ranking results.Finally,apply the course learning software quality evaluation model to a case to demonstrate the entire evaluation process,and conduct sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis of the results to prove the scientific and effective nature of the model.The user perspective based course learning software quality evaluation system and evaluation model studied in this article can be well applied to the quality evaluation of course learning software,providing a certain basis and reference significance for the field of course learning software evaluation. |
