Analysis On The Characteristics Of Social Self-organization And Development Influencing Factors Of Traditional Sports Of Dong Nationality In Southeast Guizho

The research takes the inheritance and development of traditional sports of the Dong ethnic group as the background,aims at the role of sports social self-organization in ethnic health,and uses tools such as the openness and fluctuation of dissipative structure theory,competition and coordination of synergetic theory to explore its characteristics from the perspective of sports social self-organization in the "money organization" of the Dong ethnic group,and further analyzes its development influencing factors.At the same time,it will also explore the value and significance of sports social self-organization for the health of ethnic groups,thereby guiding ethnic groups to actively participate in sports activities and laying an important foundation for the health of the entire ethnic group.Through research,it is helpful to promote the innovation and inheritance of traditional sports of the Dong ethnic group in the modernization process,and improve the health level and physical quality of the ethnic group.Research method(1)Literature method: In the early stage of the study,a large amount of social knowledge and traditional cultural materials were occupied,and finally,the entry point was determined to be the social self-organization of sports.(2)Field survey method: After three field surveys,the characteristics and development influencing factors of "money organization" and sports social self-organization(3)Structural interview method: Due to the fact that there is no fixed team among people participating in sports social self-organization activities,information about participants in sports social self-organization,including gender,interest,purpose,motivation,participation methods,funding sources,and other aspects,is obtained through oral inquiry.Based on the form of oral inquiry and conversation,the characteristics and influencing factors of sports social self-organization are analyzed using written materials.(4)Case study method: Select the sports social self-organization in Huanggang Village,Southeast Guizhou Province as the research case to analyze the correlation between "fund organization" and sports social self-organization.The research results are as follows:(1)Under the dissipative structure,the selforganization of sports society presents characteristics of openness and fluctuation.Sports events,activity spaces,and the mass base constantly exchange material and information with the outside world.The differences in the purpose and time frequency of sports among organizational members lead to the formation of fluctuations in the self-organization of sports society,which affects the overall health of the ethnic group.(2)The competition and synergistic interaction of sports social self-organization from the perspective of synergy promote the coordinated and orderly development of sports social self-organization.(3)The function of sports social self-organization assists the inheritance and development of traditional sports culture in Huanggang Village,and contributes to the social governance and national health of Huanggang Village.(4)The internal and external influencing factors of sports social self-organization include policies,competent departments,and social foundation.The internal cultural changes include organizational development concepts,internal leadership,traditional political culture,and the comprehensive effects of internal and external factors affect its development.Research conclusions:(1)Sports social self-organization has a positive impact on the overall scale and quality of ethnic sports activities.The development of sports activities in Huanggang Village and even the entire Dong ethnic group mainly relies on "fund organization".(2)There are differences in the nature of sports social selforganization and "other organizations".In terms of promoting the health function of ethnic groups and inheriting traditional sports activities,sports social self-organization has a better positive promoting effect than "other organizations" activities.(3)The development of sports social self-organization is influenced by external environment and internal cultural changes,and internal and external factors determine the development state of sports social self-organization.Research recommendations:(1)Improve the standardization and management perfection of the social self-organization of sports in Huanggang Village,and further improve the impact and sustainability of ethnic sports activities.(2)Encourage organizations to carry out sports activities with ethnic characteristics and traditions,and "other organizations" such as governments and enterprises should invest more resources.(3)Sports social self-organization should adjust the organizational development concept in a timely manner according to the actual situation,strengthen internal management,and improve the core competitiveness and innovation ability of the organization.
