Study On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers From The Perspective Of The Field

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy provides opportunities and challenges for the transformation of agricultural modernization,and puts forward higher requirements for the construction of rural agriculture and the cultivation of farmers.How to cultivate a team of farmers with high quality,high skills and good management and improve the cultivation system of new professional farmers are of great significance to China’s agricultural and rural construction.Based on the existing research at home and abroad,and based on the field theory framework,four villages in P and C counties of H Province were selected for field investigation.From the four aspects of enrollment,teaching,assessment and guarantee methods,the cultivation methods of P and C counties were analyzed through in-depth interviews with some new professional farmers,relevant government departments,cultivation teachers of cultivation schools and some villagers,Find out the problems in the cultivation mechanism during the cultivation of new professional farmers:The government’s role and responsibility boundaries are blurred,and the scope of authority is not clear;the existing cultural and economic resources can hardly meet the current needs of cultivating new professional farmers;the social atmosphere in rural areas is relatively backward,which is not conducive to creating a social environment suitable for the development of new professional farmers.Relying on the analytical framework of Bourdieu’s field theory.Analyzing the reasons for the above problems: the power limitation of the field subjects,the difficulty of effective utilization and coordination of power among government departments,the top-down cultivation model makes the cultivation schools lack cultivation autonomy and innovation;the difficulty of acquiring and maintaining capital,the lack of capital and equipment,the lack of cultural capital,and the imperfect construction of teachers;the lagging cultivation environment,coupled with the fact that the practical activities of new professional farmers are influenced by inherent habits The problems in the cultivation process of new professional farmers are caused by the lagging cultivation environment and the influence of inherent habits on the practical activities of new professional farmers.Based on the research and analysis,we propose strategies to improve the cultivation mechanism of new professional farmers: stabilize the habit structure of the field and build a coordinated teaching mechanism;optimize the capital operation mode and improve the diversified guarantee mechanism;reshape the spirit of local culture,form good cultivation habits and improve the enrollment mechanism to create a perfect cultivation mechanism of new professional farmers.
