It is also the key to social harmony and civilization.Since the Athens Paralympic Games,the disabled athletes in my country have achieved excellent results in the Summer Paralympic Games.The number of medals has won the five championships in a row,and has also achieved historic breakthroughs in the nearly two Winter Paralympic Games.However,the development of the disabled sports in my country is still difficult,manifested as the society’s attention to the disabled athletes has not been high.There are management focus on the management of management,the lack of funding sources,the gap between the coaches,and the difficulty of employment after retirement of the disabled athletes,etc.question.Disabled people sports is an important part of the cause of disabled and sports.It is an indispensable part of my country to build a sports power.In order to deeper understanding the development of sports development,strengthen the sports management institutions of the disabled,and solve the realistic dilemma facing the current actual dilemma of sports management of the disabled,especially the reasonable planning of the disabled athletes in the sports career.This article is based on the real difficulties of the disabled athletes’ sports career(selection,classification,training,competition,and retirement)and propose countermeasures.First of all,this article made a comprehensive summary and summary of the literature related literature of the disabled,and then combed the development of the status quo of the disabled sports in China through online second-hand information.In addition,it also includes the importance and relationship between stakeholders in my country and abroad,and comparison with domestic and foreign sports management agencies,as well as comparison with domestic and foreign sports management.Then,in order to study the mutual impact and association between the sports career of the disabled athletes,the case analysis method and the interview method were used to summarize the management management system of disabled athletes.Case analysis reflects the more realistic disabled sports management system.Through interviews with the disabled athletes,athletes,coaches,and policy managers,analyze the specific characteristics of the four stages of the selection,classification,and training competition from the disabled athletes.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained: 1)The public and news media are not paying enough attention to the disabled athletes;2)The athletes of the athletes are not clear and the funds are unevenly distributed;)The training,competition,and retirement of disabled athletes have no clear planning direction after retirement.Give suggestions: 1)Strengthen the improvement of the functional value of the athletes of the disabled and attract the attention of the media and the country;Team building and focusing on the training of athletes’ reserve talents;4)formulate long-term planning on training and competitions,and attach importance to the establishment of the retirement guarantee system of the disabled.
