Research On The Application Of Short Video In Ideal And Belief Education Of College Students

With the increasing maturity of Internet technology,the popularization of 4G and the application of 5G,short video has entered a stage of vigorous development.With its unique advantages and powerful functions,it has become an emerging media platform after We Chat and Weibo.It is favored by the majority of college students and has a lot of influence on their thoughts and behaviors.Therefore,in the process of carrying out ideal and belief education,educators should make the best use of the situation and avoid disadvantages.They should not only be good at using the unique advantages of short video,but also understand and examine short video in an all-round way,recognize the limitations of the application of short video in ideal and belief education,and effectively apply it to college students ’ ideal and belief education.Based on the analysis of the internal conditions and external environment of the application of short video in the ideal and belief education of college students,this paper discusses how to use short video to optimize the ideal and belief education of college students.The specific research content includes the following five parts :The first part is an overview of basic concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly gives a basic overview of short video and college students ’ ideal and belief education.At the same time,it is guided by Marxist theory and supported by the carrier theory of ideological and political education and the theory of ’ use and satisfaction ’ of communication.The second part,the application of the objectives and principles.Based on the short video,this paper focuses on the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,and aims at strengthening the belief and confidence of college students.It is proposed that the application should follow the principles of party management media,people-oriented,virtuality and reality,and the combination of science and technology and ideological and political education.The third part,the application of SWOT analysis.This paper analyzes the feasibility and limitations of the application of short video in the education of college students ’ ideals and beliefs from the perspectives of internal conditions,advantages and disadvantages,and external environmental opportunities and challenges,which are mutually verified with the following empirical research.The fourth part,the application status.Short video has made a series of achievements in the application of college students ’ ideal and belief education,which is mainly reflected in the positive overall situation of college students ’ ideal and belief,the continuous expansion of the scope of propaganda and ideological work carried out by mainstream media and universities using short video,the increasingly rich short video materials and resources of ideal and belief education,and the gradual entry of short video into the theoretical classroom of ideological and political education.At the same time,there are also some shortcomings,such as insufficient attention,narrow influence scope,lack of attraction in content,and the construction of relevant mechanisms to be further improved.The fifth part,the countermeasures of short video application in college students ’ ideal and belief education.According to the existing theoretical analysis and empirical research,it is proposed to improve the short video application ability of educators and improve the efficiency of ideal and belief education.Optimize the production of short video content and improve the attractiveness of ideal and belief education content;promote the construction of short video platform and build a new position for the dissemination of ideal and belief education;play the active role of the main body to promote college students to carry out self-education;improve the short video supervision system,create a good ideal and belief education environment and other countermeasures to optimize the application of short video path strategy.
