A Study On Group Work Intervention To Improve The Self-confidence Of Children Of Migrant Workers

The issue of education for the children of migrant workers is one of the common concerns in current Chinese society.At present,the state and government are trying every means to help the children of migrant workers achieve normal enrollment and receive nine-year compulsory education.But it is not enough for us to only solve the problem of children of migrant workers entering school smoothly and receiving compulsory education.Children of migrant workers also generally have a series of psychological problems such as anxiety and inferiority.Therefore,how to take effective measures to solve the psychological problems of children of migrant workers and promote their physical and mental health growth is currently a major issue in the education of children of migrant workers.Social work is a professional and helpful discipline that should shoulder the obligation to enhance the confidence of children of migrant workers,promptly identify their psychological problems and provide effective intervention to enhance their confidence.The improvement of self-confidence in the children of migrant workers is not only conducive to their own physical and mental health growth,but also conducive to family harmony and social stability.Therefore,studying the improvement of self-confidence in the children of migrant workers has very important theoretical and practical significance.This article combines literature review,questionnaire survey,observation,and interview methods to introduce the basic overview of the children of migrant workers in D Primary School in Hohhot.Then conduct a survey on the lack of confidence among the children of migrant workers and conduct a confidence test.Analyzed the dilemma of improving the self-confidence of children of migrant workers,mainly due to a lack of understanding of self-confidence and the lack of effective methods for improving self-confidence.The feasibility of group work intervention in enhancing the confidence of children of migrant workers was elaborated.By fully stimulating the potential of children of migrant workers through social work theory,they can have a clearer understanding of themselves,eliminate negative emotions and psychology,and gradually enhance self-confidence.Summarize and reflect on the entire research content,provide some effective strategies and suggestions,and hope to provide some reference and reference for relevant research.
