Strengthening the red culture identity education of college students in Tibet in the new era is an inevitable requirement for Tibetan colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and educating people".It takes the characteristics of the new era as the fundamental premise,fully combines the special situation of Tibet and the particularity of Tibetan higher education objects,and takes red culture as the education carrier.The red culture education activities are aimed at encouraging Tibetan university students to have a strong sense of identity with red culture at the cognitive,emotional and behavioral levels by exploring efficient educational countermeasures.Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the situation and tasks facing Tibet have undergone profound changes.First,the Dalai clique headed by the 14 th Dalai Lama and the hostile forces in the West have intensified their separatist and polarizing activities,posing a huge threat to the long-term peace and stability of Tibet.Secondly,Western hostile forces headed by the United States continue to infiltrate Tibetan college students with ideology,attempting to subvert Tibetan college students’ correct cognition of Chinese traditional culture through ideological infiltration,thus causing a certain scale of cultural identity crisis.Red culture not only has profound cultural and historical deposits,but also has strong cohesion and appeal.Therefore,in the new era,colleges and universities in Tibet need to strengthen the multi-dimensional identification of the red culture of the Chinese nation by carrying out education on the red cultural identity of college students in Tibet,constantly improve the cultural self-confidence of college students in Tibet,and further build a strong red fortress of ideological security of college students in Tibet to prevent the continuous penetration of bad ideologies at home and abroad.This paper is divided into four parts.The introduction elaborates the research background,research purpose and research significance,combs the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the research ideas,methods,innovations and shortcomings.The first chapter is an overview of the relevant theories of strengthening red cultural identity education for college students in Tibet in the new era.First,it clarifies the theoretical basis of strengthening red cultural identity education for college students in Tibet in the new era on the basis of defining the basic connotation of red culture and red cultural identity education.It includes two parts: classic writers’ important discourse on culture and Chinese Communists’ important discourse on red culture;Secondly,it puts forward the main contents of strengthening the red culture identity education of Tibetan university students in the new era,including material culture identity and spiritual culture identity;Finally,it deeply explains the great significance of strengthening the red culture identity education of Tibetan university students in the new era.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of strengthening red cultural identity education for college students in Tibet in the new era.Through the effective analysis of the educational results,existing problems,causes and opportunities since the implementation of red cultural identity education for college students in Tibet in the new era,it provides a realistic basis for the proposal of follow-up countermeasures.The third chapter tries to put forward the practical countermeasures to strengthen the red cultural identity education of college students in Tibet in the new era,mainly from consolidating the theoretical foundation of the red cultural identity education of college students in Tibet and strengthening the cognitive identity;Optimize the education environment of Tibetan red cultural identity and strengthen emotional identity;Promote colleges and universities in Tibet to continue to carry out red cultural identity education practice activities,strengthen the three aspects of behavioral identity for theoretical interpretation.
