| The city is a third space with both material form,meaning attributes and media characteristics,including the physical space composed of landscape architecture,the virtual meaning space created by symbols and scenes,and the virtual and real interactive space constructed by the city itself as a medium.Mc Luhan once said: Urban space is like a medium.Urban space provides a diverse field for people’s social communication and information dissemination,and promotes multiple connections between people and cities.Urban spatial communication includes not only material space carriers such as urban natural landscapes and architectural streets,but also spatial symbol systems and meaningful space scenes created based on urban image characteristics,as well as various social relations and digital information networks connected by urban spatial media,which is the integrated dissemination of systematic urban spatial resources.In 2018,as "Park City" became Chengdu’s new urban image orientation,Chengdu focused on the concept of Park City and carried out the spatial communication practice of Park City image shaping,expanding the spatial dimension and communication path of modern city image communication,and has a certain typicality and representativeness in the national urban image shaping and communication experience.This study is an applied study combining theory and practice.Based on the basis of Spatial Theory,taking the spatial shaping and dissemination of the image of Chengdu "Park City" as the research object,this paper discusses the scene construction of urban space in the image communication of Chengdu "Park City" and the spatial communication practice based on perceptual experience,and analyzes how Chengdu shapes and disseminates the urban image of Chengdu "Park City" by urban space with the characteristics of "Park City".Based on the analysis and research of this paper,the spatial communication practice of Chengdu "Park City" image is mainly manifested in the following four aspects: First,the use of the visual landscape presentation of urban physical space to reconstruct the natural space and humanistic space of the park city,and form an intuitive visual cognition of the image of Chengdu park city;The second is to systematically create the symbol representation of the park city,build the spatial symbol system of the park city image,and deepen the conceptual cognition and meaning expression of the image of Chengdu park city;The third is to construct interactive and immersive park city space scenes with the help of urban space media and new media digital technology to strengthen the diversified and tangible perception experience of Chengdu’s park city image;Fourth,in the mass media space constructed by the social relationship network,the communication role of multiple subjects in the city is played through organizational communication,interpersonal communication and social communication,and the image of Chengdu Park City is shaped and disseminated in multiple dimensions. |
