| The problem of college students’ employment difficulty is a social topic that attracts much attention.College graduates have also been facing a severe emp loyment situation.Compared with undergraduate universities,in addition to some schools have targeted company cooperation training,most vocational college graduates(especially liberal arts graduates)employment pressure is still more prominent.Of course,there are many factors behind the difficult employment of graduates in addition to personal ability.How to quickly improve the employ ability of higher vocational college students and guide their correct employment view is the key to solve the problem of difficult employment.This study takes the college students of C Vocational and Technical College of Jilin Province as the research object,based on the advantageous perspective and the career-determined social learning theory,combined with the questionnaire survey and interview method,to investigate the employment situation of the students of C Vocational and technical College,and under the guidance of the Employment Guidance Center for Graduates of colleges in Jilin Province,Some vocational college graduates have carried out vocational education activities to improve their employ ability.Based on the group members’ demand for improving their employ ability,this study designed corresponding service plans by using professional knowledge of social work,and carried out six group activities,including adjustment of psychological pressure,learning of employment knowledge,thinking of career planning,mastering of recruitment skills,practical operation practice and sharing of results,to help them improve their employ ability.In this study,"College students employ ability assessment Form" was used to assess the employ ability level of group members before and after intervention and compare the assessment results.The research results show that the "knowledge integration ability","application ability" and "psychological adjustment ability" of higher vocational college students have significantly improved,while the intervention of group work method has certain limitations,resulting in the improvement effect of group members’ "practical operation ability" and "interpersonal communication ability".These abilities need to be continuously improved after graduates enter the society to achieve employment. |
