| The report to the Party’s 20 th National Congress points out that human resources are the basic and strategic support for building a great modern socialist country in an all-round way.In the new era,the top priority for cultivating high-quality human resources with both virtue and ability is to train a new generation of young people who have the belief in Marxism,the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and who will contribute their youth and strength to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This requires college students in the new era to continuously study theoretical knowledge,inherit and carry forward the fine revolutionary spirit and character of their early ancestors,and guide the consciousness of action with consciousness of thought.As the source of the revolutionary spirit of the Communist Party of China,the Red Boat spirit embodies the original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party of China,and is a rich historical and cultural resource for the education of ideals and beliefs.The education of ideals and beliefs of college students in the new era is the main channel to guide college students to establish the belief in communism and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is also an important way to better unite the ideals and beliefs of Chinese Communists to college students in the new era.Integrating the Red Boat spirit into the ideal and belief education of college students in the new era is the practical requirement of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and the practical demand of cultivating new people with firm ideals and beliefs.In this paper,the "integration" of the Red Boat spirit and the new era of ideal and belief education is taken as the starting point,the "theoretical explanation-integration of the rational path-empirical research-practical direction" as the writing logic,and how to improve the effectiveness of integration as the starting point to carry out a systematic study.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,it is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part,theoretical explanation.This part focuses on clarifying the basic issues involved in the research,such as the spirit of the Red Boat,ideals and beliefs.First,clarify the scientific connotation,distinctive characteristics and historical status of the Red Boat spirit.Second,make clear the ideal and belief education and the ideal and belief education of college students in the new era,and clarify the historical mission of the ideal and belief education under the new historical orientation.The second part,the logic of integration.This part points out the possibility and necessity of integration by sorting out the internal connection between the Red Boat spirit and the ideal and belief education of college students in the new era.First of all,through the common analysis of their cultural deposits,content systems,value guidance and education functions,grasp the possibility of their integration.Secondly,it focuses on the mechanism of integration,and expounds the logical path of its integration from the theoretical logic of the theory of human all-round development of Marxism,the historical logic of the development course of the ideal and belief education of the Communist Party of China and the realistic logic of fighting hard battles in the field of ideology in the new era.Finally,based on enhancing the ideals and beliefs of college students in the new era,this paper discusses the value implication of integrating the two.The third part,empirical research.Based on the existing theoretical research and analysis of the current situation in the academic circle,this part investigates the cognition degree of college students in the new era on the Red Boat spirit,the combination degree of the Red Boat spirit with the ideal and belief education of college students in the new era,and the current practical problems and challenges.The survey results show that the ideals and beliefs of contemporary college students are firm on the whole,but there are still some problems,such as students’ autonomous learning ability to the Red Boat spirit needs to be improved and teachers’ awareness of active integration is not strong.Based on the empirical research data,this paper analyzes the specific causes of the problems and provides new ideas for the elaboration of the integration path.The fourth part,practice path.Based on the analysis and summary of questionnaire survey results,this part puts forward effective practical requirements on how to better improve the responsibility and ability of college teachers,realize the internal and external interaction of college students,optimize the choice of educational medium and the coordination and standardization of educational environment,in order to provide reference for the formulation and development of relevant paths. |
