As General Secretary Xi delivered an important speech at the high-level meeting of the United Nations General Assembly to commemorate the 25 th anniversary of the Beijing World Conference on Women,more and more women’s value has been affirmed.Women can receive higher education and then give back to society.With the progress of The Times,especially in colleges and universities,women not only receive advanced education,but also broaden their horizons,female teacher leadership has become a hot topic in colleges and education field.Teachers’ leadership should be efficient and profound,and the leadership providers should not be bound by gender.We should break the traditional gender concept and give women a correct positioning.Starting from the special attribute of normal university,we will explore the leadership characteristics and characteristics of female teachers.The strength of female teachers’ leadership not only plays an important role in promoting the balance of family career,but also directly affects the curriculum construction of schools and the teaching effect of students.Colleges and universities not only undertake the important task of cultivating talents and inheriting knowledge,but also the cradle of female leadership enlightenment.Female teachers in normal universities are the guides of students’ knowledge.It plays an important role in the field of education and is also conducive to the establishment of a harmonious and friendly relationship between teachers and students in the university.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the leadership of female teachers in normal universities.By adopting the method of narrative research,this study selects Teachers Q and B from H Normal University in Shijiazhuang City as the research objects to find the similarities in personality,and goes deep into the work and life of the two female teachers,listening to and thinking about the stories behind their growth process,and sort out the exploration road of their leadership formation.Firstly,the study combs the leadership;Women’s leadership;Teacher leadership;The definition of the core concept of female teachers’ leadership defines the constituent elements and core connotation of female teachers’ leadership in universities and colleges.Secondly,through in-depth interview and observation,assisted material collection and analysis,we can understand the "historical" process of the growth of the two female teachers and awaken the construction of their leadership.Thirdly,the characteristics of female teachers’ leadership,mainly benevolence,creativity and motivation,are obtained through analysis,and the influencing factors of their leadership formation are explored,mainly internal and external factors.Internal factors from the love of education,care for students,advanced public interest thoughts,serious attitude,the belief in lifelong learning,external factors from the support of important others,the impact of key events,policy support,the cultural environment of the school is analyzed rationally.Finally,it summarizes the inspirations and shortcomings of the reflection research,tries to inspire the later researchers,and tries to propose feasible strategies to improve the leadership of female teachers in colleges and universities.This study focuses on exploring the value and meaning behind the story,focusing on the reflection and experience from the story,in order to arouse readers’ resonance and a richer interpretation of the meaning. |
