| In recent years, teenagers’ mobile phone use behavior has attracted much attention. The factors influencing teenagers’ rational use of mobile phones include not only external factors but also internal factors.Perceived parents’ mobile phone use behavior,as an external factor, has a profound impact on individual mobile phone use behavior.Perceived parents’ mobile phone use behavior refers to the degree of teenagers’ perception of their parents’ use of mobile phone functions or services. In addition,self-control,as an internal factor, also has an important impact on individual mobile phone use.Self-control is the ability of an individual to choose the target actively, control psychology and behavior, and finally achieve the goal without external supervision, control and requirements.Studies have shown that there is intergenerational transmission between parents’ behavior and their children, and self-control is closely related to teenagers’ mobile phone use behavior, while adolescents’ self-control is affected by various family factors. In addition, there is a lack of measurement and research on parents’ perception of mobile phone use behavior from the perspective of children in existing studies. Therefore, this study, from the perspective of adolescents, further studies the internal mechanism of the influence of parents’ perception of mobile phone use behavior on teenagers’ mobile phone use behavior, and analyzes the relationship between the three with self-control as the intermediary. Therefore, this study is divided into two parts:The first study is the preparation of the questionnaire on perceived parents’ mobile phone use behavior.Firstly, through careful study of domestic and foreign relevant literature, grasp the existing research situation of perception of parents’ mobile phone use behavior;Secondly, the students in junior high school were selected as the subjects,105 subjects were conducted an open questionnaire survey, the results were sorted and analyzed, and the preliminary questions were determined.Then,269 subjects were carried out the preliminary questionnaire survey, and the data wereanalyzed by using SPSS26.0 to carry out project analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the items that did not meet the requirements were deleted.A formal questionnaire containing 32 items was preliminarily formed;Thirdly,300 subjects were tested with this questionnaire, and confirmatory factor analysis and relevant reliability and validity test were conducted on the data with AMOS24.0,and finally a questionnaire was prepared to perceive parents’ mobile phone use behavior in line with psychological measurement standards. In the second study, the relationship between perceived parents’ mobile phone use behavior, adolescents’ mobile phone use behavior and self-control was explored.A total of 439 subjects from three grades of junior middle school were selected from a middle school in Shijiazhuang County,Hebei Province by
