The intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of human wisdom.However,due to the rapid development of the economy,some localities are facing the risk of losing their heritage.The relevant departments have issued various support policies to this end,among them,there is a policy of combining the ICH with art education,which points the way for the protection of intangible cultural heritage.The author has consulted the literature of the non-legacy and art education and found that there is a lack of research on the integration of the non-legacy into the art teaching practice in Wenzhou,considering the regional characteristics of the non-legacy culture,the curriculum needs to be specially designed according to the regional characteristics.This article will take the Wenzhou Area Blue Jiaxie project as an example,discusses the local non-legacy into the junior high school art teaching strategy.This study through literature analysis,understanding the relevant fields of theory and cases,summed up the Blue Valerian into the implementation of junior high school art teaching strategy and value.Design questionnaires and interview contents,conduct interviews and questionnaire surveys with art teachers and students in the Wenzhou area.The survey found that at present,art classes in junior high schools neglect the teaching of intangible cultural heritage,in particular,the study of local intangible cultural heritage is mainly due to the lack of attention paid to the subject of fine arts and the lack of relevant teaching experience of teachers,third,the lack of school departments and community government support.In the light of the survey results and feedback,the author uses SWOT analysis method to take the AOJIANG middle school in Pingyang County as the practice unit,and according to the actual situation,from four angles of advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and threat,evaluate the feasibility of incorporating blue Jiaxie into the art curriculum.Based on the curriculum design idea of the Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standard(2022edition),this paper designs and practices the blue Jiaxie Junior Middle School art teaching examples.The purpose of the study is to guide the students to understand the cultural connotation and artistic value of Blue Jiaxie through the art teaching in junior middle school,to cultivate the students’ art core literacy,and to establish the students& cultural self-confidence and national pride,promoting cultural diversity and social cohesion.Combined with the results of teaching practice,the author reviewed and summarized six suggestions on art teaching in junior middle school,they are to focus on the localization of art curriculum development,to promote the development of diversity of teaching methods,to enrich the subjects and ways of teaching evaluation,to strengthen the sharing of resources between schools and communities,to improve teachers non-genetic knowledge and skills,and to construct the integration of art and other disciplines.
