Study On The Influence Of Exercise Load On The Physical Health Of High School Students In Optional Basketball Class

Based on the investigation and research of sports load and physique of high school students,the relationship between high school students’ basketball optional class and physique health is deeply understood.This paper is to study the role of basketball optional course different from traditional teaching mode in promoting students’ physical health under the same load.In recent years,heart rate has become a very important index,which can effectively control the intensity of the course.According to the most suitable intensity of students’ body,students’ physical health can be better promoted.Therefore,this experiment starts from the teaching of basketball elective course,and supports the advanced theoretical literature of reasonable science,and introduces the heart rate of exercise load into the physical education.To explore the promoting effect of sports load on students’ physical health in optional basketball class under moderate intensity.Through the selection of teaching methods and teaching exercise load,this paper demonstrates the value and significance of sports load of basketball option class in physical education class,and provides a useful reference for developing basketball option class and promoting students’ physical health in the next step.During the study period,I worked as a physical education teacher in Fuyang No.1Middle School,mainly responsible for the teaching of basketball option course in Grade two of high school.Therefore,I formulated experimental indicators according to the "National Standards for Students’ Physical Health".From grade two of high school,I randomly selected a basketball option class and a traditional administrative class to carry out the experiment(46 boys,34 girls)divided them into an experimental group and a control group.Before the experiment began,the two classes were tested before the experiment.The pre-test items were age,50 m run,one-minute sit-up,pull-up,standing long jump,sitting forward bend,1000 m / 800 m run and resting heart rate.After the pre-test data were obtained and analyzed,the experiment lasted for 16 weeks.In the experiment,the experimental group was given the intervention of basketball elective course teaching content,and both the experimental group and the control group received heart rate intervention to maintain moderate exercise recorded.In the sixteenth week of the experiment,a post-test was conducted.The above indexes were tested again for the two groups of students and the data were analyzed by spss software.Results: 1.Through the 16-week experiment,intra-group and inter-group comparison results between the experimental group and the control group showed that there were no significant differences in the height,weight and BMI values of boys and girls after the16-week experiment intervention(P>0.05 by T-test)2.After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,the results of male students in the experimental group were compared.It can be concluded that the data of sitting forward bend,standing long jump,vital capacity and1000 m running of male students in the experimental group changed significantly(P < 0.05 by T-test),showing significant differences.The comparison of results in the control group of male students showed that: the data of standing long jump and vital capacity of male students in the control group had significant changes(P < 0.05 by T-test),showing significant differences;The comparison of post-test results between the male experimental group and the control group shows that the data changes of the standing long jump,vital capacity and1000 m running of the male experimental group are better than those of the control group,and the data changes are obvious(P < 0.05 by T-test),showing significant differences.3.After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,the comparison of results in the experimental group of female students can be concluded: the data of the experimental group of female students’ sitting forward flexion,standing long jump,vital capacity,sit-up,800 meter running changed significantly(P < 0.01 by T test),showing extremely significant differences;The comparison of results in the control group of female students showed that: the data of seated forward flexion and sit-up of female students in the control group had significant changes(P< 0.05 by T-test),showing significant differences;The comparison of post-test results between the experimental group and the control group shows that the results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in standing long jump,vital capacity and 800 meter running,and the data changed significantly(P < 0.05 by T-test),showing significant differences.4.Through the 16-week experiment,the resting heart rate of both boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group decreased to varying degrees,and the resting heart rate of students in the experimental group decreased more significantlyConclusions: 1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of body shape after 16 weeks of experimental intervention in the teaching of basketball option course.The physical health of the students in the experimental group was significantly improved,mainly manifested in strength quality,endurance quality,physical function.2.Under the same load,the basketball-specific training added to the optional basketball course can improve the teaching quality and promote physical health more targeted.The experimental group has higher change degree of multiple indicators than the control group,which indicates that the teaching of optional basketball course can promote the physical health level of students than the ordinary traditional administrative class.3.Introducing the heart rate of exercise load into physical education teaching can control the amount of exercise of students more scientifically,abandon subjective judgment and respect objective indicators,which can provide scientific and reasonable guidance for physical education.4.Due to the same exercise load in class,the reason for the decrease of resting heart rate in the experimental group may be related to the characteristics of basketball programs,with more emphasis on rapid acceleration,sprint and sudden deceleration,which is more targeted to cardiopulmonary function exercise.
