| We should make China stronger in science and technology,stronger in education and stronger in human resources,and promote innovation-driven development,education is fundamental,and the continuous improvement of education quality requires high-quality teachers.The demands and challenges posed to teachers by the modernization of education are no longer what individual teachers can accomplish alone."Run people’s satisfactory education" needs every teacher’s joint efforts and cooperation.Teachers shoulder the important task and historical mission of teaching and educating people,but at the same time,they are also ordinary people in daily life,in the actual education and teaching work will face a variety of complex relationships,and often face interpersonal relationship problems,which will affect the effect of teacher cooperation,and ultimately have a decisive impact on teacher professional development and education quality.This study takes primary school teachers in Q County of Sichuan Province as the research object,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and interview method to investigate and study the current situation of interpersonal relationship and teacher cooperation among primary school teachers in Q County of Sichuan Province,and explores the influence of interpersonal relationship factors on teacher cooperation.From the perspective of interpersonal relationship,it analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of primary school teacher cooperation.Finally,it is expected to conduct strategic thinking on promoting effective cooperation among primary school teachers from the perspective of interpersonal relationship between teachers and schools.This study consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly includes the question,domestic and foreign literature review,research significance,research ideas and methods and research innovation.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the influence of primary school teachers’ interpersonal relationship on teacher cooperation in Q County,Sichuan Province.The results show that self-image and compassionate goals have positive effects on teachers’ cooperative behavior.Self-image goals has a positive effect on teachers’ cooperative psychology.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of primary school teachers’ cooperation in Q County of Sichuan Province.It includes three aspects:cooperative behavior,cooperative psychology,cooperative organization form and activity.The county primary school teacher cooperation initiative is strong,homogeneous cooperation is obvious;the cooperative psychology of social orientation is obvious;formal interpersonal relationship dominates teacher cooperation.In addition to the descriptive statistics of the current situation,the author combined with the data results of the second chapter "Interpersonal relationship has an impact on teacher cooperation" to explain and analyze the teachers’ cooperative behavior and psychological status quo.The fourth chapter,based on the current situation of teacher cooperation,analyzes the existing problems and causes of primary school teacher cooperation in Q County of Sichuan Province from the perspective of interpersonal relationship.There are five problems in the cooperation of primary school teachers in this county,such as strong dependence on authority,serious homogeneity of cooperation objects,long-term neglect of teacher cooperation under the guidance of informal interpersonal relationship,unclear division of responsibilities,and unreasonable evaluation of others.The author analyzes the reasons from three factors: society,school and teachers.The fifth chapter,aiming at the problems and causes of teacher cooperation from the perspective of interpersonal relationship,carries on strategic thinking to promote primary school teacher cooperation based on interpersonal relationship.From the school’s point of view,helping to guide teachers to set the goal of caring for others and correct self-image is a key task.Schools should enrich teachers’ interpersonal communication activities;Provide teachers with theoretical learning in the form of lectures,and carry out psychological counseling regularly;We will improve the system of teacher cooperation.From the perspective of teachers,teachers should clarify the concept of caring for others and self-image protection.Correct understanding of self,constantly improve the ability of individual cooperation;Strengthen the sense of cooperation. |
