Education evaluation is the baton of education reform and development,and is the criterion for evaluating the effect of education quality.Education evaluation affects the motivation of education development.Scientific and effective education evaluation can promote the scientific development of education.In the new era,colleges that train quality talents for the country are in full swing with education evaluation reform.The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities(hereinafter referred to as "the ideological and political course")is the key course for establishing moral education and the main channel to publicize the mainstream ideology of the country.How to make the teaching quality of the ideological and political course continuously improved,the teaching effectiveness in the growth of students highlighted,and effectively promote the all-round development of students has become an essential part of the education evaluation reform of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities.It has become an unavoidable trend to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities with students as the core.From the viewpoint of education evaluation reform requiring sound comprehensive evaluation,this paper focuses on the overall situation of students’ learning effect of the ideological and political course,and studies the comprehensive evaluation of learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities from the following main aspects :Chapter 1,introduction.Firstly,the research background is discussed from the national,social and individual levels,and the theoretical and practical meanings of carrying out comprehensive evaluation of learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities are explained.Secondly,the research results at home and abroad are systematically sorted out,and the research ideas,methods and important and difficult points of this paper are introduced.In the second chapter,the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities in the new era are discussed.Firstly,the relevant concepts are defined clearly,and then the theoretical basis of the thesis is sorted out.The Marxist doctrine of comprehensive human development,the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches on the ideological and political course in colleges and universities,and the evaluation theory of ideological and political education in China constitute the theoretical foundation of this study,while the theoretical basis to support the thesis is also sought from the western educational thought.In the third chapter,the basic contents of the comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities are analyzed.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the evaluation work of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness,scientificity,difference,diversity and digitization,and to take knowledge,emotion,will,behavior and belief as evaluation standards,and to explore the operation mechanism of comprehensive evaluation of learning effect of the ideological and political course with the evaluation subjects and data as the elements.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities in the new era.From the empirical research,the effect,realistic dilemmas and problems attributed to the comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities are examined comprehensively.Chapter 5,exploring the practical path of optimizing the comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities,it is proposed to put forward targeted optimization paths in four aspects: precise management of schools,precise supply of teachers,precise needs of students,and precise demands of society.
