Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideal And Faith Education Of Secondary Vocational Students

As General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,"The ideals and beliefs of young people are crucial to the future of our country.Young people have lofty ideals and firm convictions,which are the indestructible driving force for a country and a nation.The Moral Education Outline of Secondary Vocational Schools revised in 2014 puts the education of ideals and beliefs in the first place in the moral education content of secondary vocational students.To educate students’ ideals and beliefs through moral education courses is not only the requirement of The Times to implement the mission of moral education,but also the inevitable requirement to help secondary vocational students improve their moral quality,and also the internal requirement to promote the reform of ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools.In this context,this article through to the student to carry on the questionnaire survey,the professional ethics and the law of moral education course teaching practice,found that the present secondary vocational ideal faith education obtained certain achievements.However,there are still some problems,such as teachers and students paying less attention to ideal and belief education,students’ ambiguous position of career ideal and single teaching method.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of teachers and students’ attention and teachers’ professional quality.First,teachers should adhere to moral education and attach importance to ideal and faith education.Second,teachers should study the teaching materials carefully and integrate the content of ideal and faith education into daily teaching.Thirdly,optimize the teaching environment and infiltrate the ideal and faith education;Fourth,change the teaching ideal,improve the teaching method,increase the attraction of the classroom;Fifth,improve teaching evaluation methods,focus on the teaching process,and increase the subject of teaching evaluation,promote teaching and learning.
