| In recent years,the voice of strengthening cultural construction and expanding the influence of Chinese excellent traditional culture is getting louder and louder.At the same time,one of the revised principles of the newly issued ‘Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)’ is to ‘adhere to the goal orientation,integrate the education of major themes such as Chinese excellent traditional culture into the curriculum,enhance the ideological nature of the curriculum,and require that the content of mathematics curriculum should continue to inherit and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture.’The field of ‘Number and Algebra’ is the core content of middle school mathematics curriculum,which carries important educational function.However,students have certain difficulties in learning the relevant knowledge in the field of Number and Algebra,which requires students to have high understanding ability.To excavate the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the field of ‘Number and Algebra’ and conduct teaching based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture can not only respond to the requirements of ‘Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)’,but also promote students’ understanding of knowledge.Therefore,this study takes ‘Solving binary first-order Equations(the first class)’ and ‘inverse proportional function’ as cases,and adopts text analysis method,classroom observation method,case study method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct research.To this end,three research questions are set up:(1)How is the current situation of Chinese excellent traditional culture integrated into the field of mathematics textbook ‘Number and Algebra’ for junior middle school?(2)How about the case development of teaching design in the field of ‘Number and Algebra’ in junior high school with the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture?(3)How about the implementation effect and reflection on the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the teaching design of ‘Number and Algebra’ in junior high school?Through the research,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)In the field of Number and Algebra,the textbook for Mathematics in junior middle school of Beijing Normal University,the excellent traditional Chinese culture carriers have various forms and rich materials.However,the number of corresponding textbooks in each grade of junior middle school is uneven,and there are some structural shortcomings.(2)It is effective to integrate Chinese excellent traditional culture into the teaching design of ‘Number and Algebra’ in junior high school.When integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into the teaching design of‘Number and Algebra’ in junior high school,teaching objectives can be better achieved and key and difficult points can be broken through.(3)The value of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into mathematics curriculum: improving students’ interest in learning;Help students to understand the nature of mathematics,help students to form correct values;Help students to enhance aesthetic taste.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward for the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into junior middle school mathematics curriculum:(1)In the compilation of textbooks,it is necessary to make an overall plan to integrate the quantity of excellent traditional Chinese culture into the upper and lower volumes of different grades for balanced development,and develop more forms of excellent traditional Chinese culture presented in mathematics textbooks,such as video,audio,so as to improve students’ cultural literacy at different stages and cultivate cultural genes.(2)Teachers should increase the advanced study of Chinese excellent traditional culture and make use of what they have learned to innovate mathematics teaching.(3)We should fully consider the way of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into junior middle school mathematics teaching,so as to better implement the teaching requirements of inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture in ‘Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)’ and give full play to the educational value of Chinese excellent traditional culture as far as possible. |
