| The new Physics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)issued by China in 2022 has made it clear that the main requirement for cultivating students at the current stage is to cultivate their core literacy.The physics curriculum is an experiment-based natural science curriculum,linked to elementary science and high school physics,and linked to junior high school chemistry,biology,etc.For a long time in the past,physics teaching in middle school focused on the cramming explanation and imparting of basic knowledge.When students learned physics knowledge,they were limited to books and thought physics knowledge was difficult and boring,so they had little interest in physics learning,leading to poor physics learning.One of the reasons is that teachers did not integrate frontier physics knowledge into classroom teaching organically.The integration of classroom teaching content is not high,which limits the innovative development of students.Frontier knowledge of physics focuses on major discoveries in physics,including the latest scientific and technological achievements.The development of frontier knowledge of physics is conducive to the development of social economy and the construction of a powerful country in science and technology.Therefore,the frontier knowledge of physics is effectively integrated with junior high school physics teaching to fully stimulate students’ interest in physics learning and cultivate their thinking ability of scientific inquiry.In this paper,the author investigated and analyzed the situation of students and teachers’ integration of the current frontier physics knowledge into junior middle school physics class.The main contents of the investigation are: teachers and students’ understanding of the importance of frontier physics knowledge,the penetration of frontier physics knowledge in class,teachers and students’ attitude towards the relevant questions and exercises of frontier physics knowledge,and the ways for teachers and students to acquire frontier physics knowledge.Data analysis shows that teachers and students pay little attention to frontier physics knowledge,and the integration of frontier physics knowledge with classroom is not high,leading to students’ unsatisfactory physics scores and low interest in physics learning.Therefore,the teaching of physics course in basic education can not meet the development needs of students.In view of the problems found in the research,the author puts forward specific teaching strategies.Meanwhile,some teaching cases are designed around the integration of frontier physics knowledge into classroom teaching,and specific teaching is carried out to test whether the design of teaching cases is feasible and effective.At the same time,the implementation results of teaching plans are carefully compared and analyzed.It is found that on the one hand,the classroom teaching which organically integrates the frontier knowledge of physics stimulates the interest of junior high school students in learning physics,broadens the horizon of modern physics knowledge,and effectively improves the teaching effect;On the other hand,cultivate students’ scientific spirit and implement the goal of cultivating students’ core quality. |
