The Phenomenon Of "Hollowness" Of College Students And Its Educational Guidance Research

College students are a new force in the development of the country and shoulder the heavy responsibility of rejuvenation entrusted by history.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that "cultivating students’ rational and peaceful healthy mentality,strengthening humanistic care and psychological counseling,is conducive to encouraging students to integrate their personal ideals into the cause of the country and the nation." However,looking back at reality,due to the lack of values and meaning systems to support individual survival and development,some college students have a huge psychological gap and psychological void,and they are unable to effectively explain and respond to their own living conditions,and they cannot make effective plans for the direction of individual development.One of the main tasks of ideological and political education is to help college students establish correct values.The phenomenon of"hollowness" of college students is closely linked to values,so from the perspective of ideological and political education,the phenomenon of"hollowness" of college students is analyzed,with value education as the starting point,and the guidance method of ideological and political education is used to help solve this problem.The paper takes the phenomenon of "hollowing" of college students as the starting point of research,takes "why college students are ’hollowed’ as the core problem,comprehensively uses literature research methods and qualitative research methods,etc.,based on real cases,and sorts out the "hollow"representation of college students with lost values,deviations in values,and nihilism of values.The main evolutionary links are the trigger mechanism characterized by uneasiness and inferiority under frequent comparisons,the initial manifestations caused by extreme harshness and characterized by self-stigma and denial,the medium-term state with anxiety and confusion under the loss of meaning as the core,and the late behavior characterized by extreme choice driven by negative cognition.Further,the emergence of the "hollow" phenomenon of college students is affected by various factors such as individuals,families,schools and society,the physical and mental development of individuals is not synchronized,the family parenting method is unreasonable,the lack of school education and the rapid transformation of society are all important factors that lead college students to "hollowing out".Therefore,to effectively guide "hollow" college students,it is necessary to adhere to the guiding principle of combining inheritance and innovation,combining dominance with pluralism,and combining theory with practice,comprehensively using guidance methods such as theoretical education methods,psychological counseling methods,and hierarchical education methods,relying on the position of educating people in colleges and universities to carry out ideal and belief education,changing family education concepts and other targeted guidance measures,enriching college students’ understanding of the meaning of life,helping them establish a positive and positive value system,and providing help for the solution of existing problems.
