Case Study On The Improvement Of Self-Development Ability Of Rural Left-behind Women From The Perspective Of Assets

With my country’s modernization and sustained economic development,my country’s rural areas have also entered a stage of rapid development,but there is still a gap compared with cities.Therefore,in order to pursue more economic benefits,some young and middle-aged rural people go out to work,and women have become the main labor force at home.Face the pressures of life alone.In the nuclear family,because men work outside for a long time and women are left alone to take care of the family,they are called "left-behind women".They need to face the situation that their husbands are not at home for a long time.They have to spend more energy in the tasks of production and life,which causes them to produce depression,anxiety and other negative emotions,so that they cannot actively build their own lives and personal comprehensive qualities.Lower,Rural left-behind women,as villagers who have lived in the countryside for a long time,play an important role in the construction and development of the countryside.However,rural women’s personal comprehensive quality is low,which limits their contribution to the construction of new countryside.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the self-development ability of rural left-behind women to promote the construction of new countryside.This article starts from an asset-oriented perspective and takes the self-development ability of rural left-behind women as the research object.The author collects service target data through questionnaire survey method,and interview method,and analyzes the current difficulties and needs of the service target in terms of self-development ability.Under the guidance of the asset-oriented perspective,fully exploit the asset advantages of service objects and draw "demand map" and "asset map".Starting from the client’s self-cognition ability,learning ability,community participation ability and communication ability,design intervention plan and implement intervention.After each meeting is involved,summaries and reflections are made to promote the smooth development of follow-up service work.After the case service is over,the effectiveness of the case service work will be evaluated through the comparison of the data before and after the test,the interview with the case owner,and the observation of the author.This research shows that by tapping the resources of the service objects and using the advantages of the resources of the service objects,the self-development ability of the service objects has been significantly improved.After the end of this case service,the self-cognition ability of the client has been improved,so that the client has a correct cognition of themselves;the learning ability is improved to make it easier for the client to learn new knowledge or skills;and the communication with the client is enhanced The ability to communicate and participate in the community promotes the construction of client relationships,thereby promoting the improvement of the client’s self-development ability.The casework method is one of the professional methods of social work.It has unique advantages and good results in improving the self-development ability of rural left-behind women,and it is worthy of being extended to related research and practice.Finally,the author summarized and reflected on this research,and accumulated experience for future related research on the improvement of the self-development ability of rural left-behind women.
