| The 2022 Asian Cup is an event sponsored by the International Basketball Federation.Since 2017,it has been restructured to be held every four years,and two strong teams from Australia and New Zealand have joined the Asian Cup to compete.At present,it has become the highest level basketball event in Asia and has been widely valued by Asian countries.Through this competition,we can not only show the strength of national basketball,but also strengthen exchanges with regional and even world teams.This competition is the first official international competition that China men’s basketball team has participated in since it lost in the 2019 Basketball World Cup and lost the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.It is of great significance to test the training achievements of China men’s basketball team and prepare for the 2023 Basketball World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.As a result of this competition,the China men’s basketball team stopped in the quarter-finals,indicating that the China men’s basketball team has lost its dominance in Asia,and various problems exposed in the competition need to be solved urgently.In this thesis,the offensive and defensive abilities of China men’s basketball team and the top four teams are taken as the research object.By using the methods of literature review,video analysis,expert interview,mathematical statistics,TOPSIS comprehensive analysis,RSR rank sum ratio analysis and TOPSIS-RSR fuzzy combination,the offensive and defensive indexes of China men’s basketball team and the top four teams are selected for analysis,aiming to find out the advantages and disadvantages of China men’s basketball team in this competition and provide some reference and feasible suggestions for the future development of China men’s basketball team.The research results show that:(1)China’s men’s basketball team has a reasonable age structure,with the average age and average height ranking third among the five teams,with no obvious advantages and disadvantages;the position mix is unbalanced,with more backline players and forward players unable to meet the needs of the team’s game.(2)The Chinese men’s basketball team has disadvantages compared with the top four teams in two-point shooting;the number of three-point shots and shooting rate has advantages,ranking first,and the number of shots ranked fourth;the number of free throw shots and shots have certain advantages,but the shooting rate has disadvantages;the average points ranked second;the number of front court rebounds and the average number of assists ranked third among the five teams,with no obvious advantages and disadvantages;the average turnovers The number of turnovers in the five teams is the most,there is a clear disadvantage.(3)Compared with the top four teams,China men’s basketball team loses more points per game and has disadvantages;The average defensive rebound ranks second,which has certain advantages;The average number of fouls per game is the highest among the five teams,and some players are inexperienced and have poor defensive habits and abilities,which have obvious disadvantages;The ability to steal and block shots is poor,ranking fourth,which has certain disadvantages.(4)TOPSIS analysis of the offensive and defensive ability of China men’s basketball team and the top four teams shows that China men’s basketball team ranks fifth;RSR rank sum ratio analysis results are as follows: China men’s basketball team ranks fourth;TOPSIS—RSR fuzzy joint analysis shows that China men’s basketball team ranks fourth. |
