| With the development of social economy,the number of people participating in high-risk sports projects increases,and safety accidents also occur frequently.The bloody facts confirm that the inadequate management of high-risk sports projects will bring great harm to people’s health and life safety,and relevant government departments should pay more attention to it.Only by keeping good management and putting it into place can sports serve the people better.In order to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and improve the quality of high-risk sports project management,this paper takes the management of high-risk sports projects in Guangdong Province as the research object,and adopts the methods of expert interview,field survey and questionnaire survey to analyze the management status of high-risk sports projects in Guangdong Province.This paper takes the internal advantages(S)and disadvantages(W)and external opportunities(O)and challenges(T)in the management development process of high-risk sports in Guangdong Province as the research content,and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight value of each level factor of advantages(S),disadvantages(W),opportunities(O)and challenges(T).This paper constructs the "SWOT" strategy quadrilateral for the management and development of high-risk sports projects in Guangdong Province,and provides some ideas and suggestions for the management and development of high-risk sports projects in Guangdong Province.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There is a big difference in the distribution of high-risk sports in Guangdong Province,and the number of swimming venues far exceeds that of other sports;The regional development of high-risk sports is unbalanced.At present,only 5 cities have 4 stadiums for high-risk sports.2.Internal advantages of high-risk sports project management in Guangdong Province are as follows: 1)Guangdong Province attaches great importance to the management of high-risk sports project operation activities;2)Profound management foundation;3)The training system for practitioners is mature;4)The comprehensive quality of the operation and management team is high.The internal disadvantages are: 1)There are blind spots in the division of administrative supervision power and responsibility;2)The punishment standard for illegal operation is vague;3)The source of information acquisition is scattered;4)There is still room for improvement in the training of practitioners.3.External opportunities for high-risk sports project management in Guangdong Province are: 1)national policy promotion and support;2)Steady growth of sports consumption expenditure;3)The development of information technology;4)People’s awareness of the law has increased.The challenges are: 1)the development of national mandatory standards lags behind;2)The development of high-risk sports is unbalanced;3)Market competition faces challenges.4.The future development of high-risk sports project management in Guangdong Province mainly adopts the development mode of gradually eliminating internal disadvantages by taking advantage of external opportunities.Combining with the actual situation of high risk sports management in Guangdong Province,it mainly uses the favorable external factors to eliminate the internal disadvantages.Secondly,use advantages to face challenges and use advantages to eliminate disadvantages.5.The development path of high-risk sports project management in Guangdong Province is as follows: 1)Promote and support by national policies to solve the problem of unclear division of administrative supervision powers and responsibilities;2)Combined with the development of information technology opportunities,the construction of high-risk comprehensive information management platform;3)Strengthen publicity to promote the balanced development of high-risk sports;4)Improve the training quality of practitioners and improve the training management system of practitioners. |
