| Chemistry Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition)put forward clear requirements on the professional quality of chemistry teachers,requiring teachers to enhance their understanding of chemistry and pay attention to improving their understanding of chemistry through various ways and methods.Chemistry subject understanding is not only an important way for high school chemistry teachers to improve their professional ability,but also an important measure to implement deep learning and improve students’ core quality of chemistry.On the basis of the existing research,starting from the definition of chemistry understanding and the application of chemistry understanding in teaching,this paper forms a teaching framework based on chemistry understanding,and uses this framework to conduct teaching design and practice research on "Quantity of Matter".The main framework is as follows:(1)Research background.The development of The Times has put forward new requirements for teachers,and the improvement of teaching quality must have the understanding of chemistry.Experts call for the strengthening of teachers’ understanding of chemistry,which promotes the development of curriculum theory.Therefore,in this context,the teaching practice research of chemistry understanding is of great significance.(2)Research status.The connotation,content,mode,practice research and teachers’ understanding of chemistry were studied and discussed in China.Foreign countries mainly emphasize the importance of teachers’ subject understanding,teachers’ PCK,SMK,TK and so on.(3)Concept definition.Understanding,discipline understanding and chemistry discipline understanding.(4)Develop the teaching framework of chemistry subject understanding.The text analysis method is adopted to study the Curriculum Standard of Chemistry for Senior High School(2017 Edition),the first and second volumes of the compulsory chemistry textbooks for senior high school,and the teaching design framework of chemistry subject understanding is preliminarily designed based on theoretical research.Finally,a teaching design framework based on understanding of chemistry subject is designed from five aspects: understanding content of chemistry subject,understanding way of chemistry subject,core quality of chemistry subject,nature of chemistry subject and analysis of chemistry teaching.(5)Analyze the teaching status of front-line teachers.The teaching framework of understanding chemistry subject is utilized,and the current teaching situation of first-line chemistry teachers using understanding chemistry subject is analyzed in combination with interviews,so as to provide an empirical basis for subsequent teaching design and practical research.(6)Practical research.Taking "quantity of matter" as an example,teaching design and implementation based on understanding of chemistry subject are carried out.Through sorting out the classroom teaching record,designing and modifying the classroom performance evaluation scale,and inviting front-line teachers to give comments.(7)Research results and analysis.A teaching effect evaluation tool based on chemistry subject understanding is designed to test the phased learning effect and summative learning effect of students after the implementation of teaching based on chemistry subject understanding.Finally,the author makes the reflection and prospect of this research.Teaching based on understanding of chemistry subject can achieve good teaching effect and is of great significance to teaching. |
