With the continuous development of education reform in the new era and the deepening of discipline construction,subsequent problems gradually appear due to the lack of understanding of discipline connotation.Under this background,it is necessary to clarify and clarify the discipline connotation,re-examine the current situation and progress of discipline construction in China,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the construction of New disciplines.Discipline can be understood from the three perspectives of "as knowledge","as organization" and "as discipline".These three perspectives influence and support each other and jointly build a systematic discipline building,which is the theoretical premise of discipline construction.In the new educational environment,discipline construction is an indispensable link to construct and improve the education system.Scholars are constantly exploring how to promote educational reform and innovation in different subject areas,constantly consolidating the foundation and foundation of the subject system,constantly studying the best practices of subject education,and developing new educational technologies and methods.It explores how to better cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical ability in discipline construction,and is committed to cultivating more modern talents with innovative ability and competitiveness for the new era,so as to meet the ever-emerging realistic needs.On the theoretical basis of post-professionalism,this study divides and combs the historical process and dynamics of modern discipline,clarifies the concept and connotation of the discipline through the collection of existing literature,summarizes and summarizes the three-dimensional view of the discipline,looks on the Newdiscipline construction in our country,to provide reasonable theoretical suggestions for the full swing discipline construction.In the introduction part of the first chapter,this paper from the perspectives of knowledge,organization and discipline.The third chapter elaborates on the triple connotation of the subject.The subject as knowledge is the boundary of different knowledge,specialty and thinking inertia.As an organization,the discipline has experienced three forms of expression: professional guild in collective identity,academic organization with lecture system as the model,and teaching unit in talent training.Discipline as discipline is maintained by three forces:individual affiliation,group identification and authority control.The fourth chapter returns to the reality and examines the problems.The development of disciplines has experienced three stages: emphasizing differentiation of disciplines,emphasizing integration of disciplines and emphasizing application of disciplines,which are intertwined with each other.Problems such as knowledge professional estrangement,isolation of academic organizations and power monopoly caused by excessive differentiation are prominent.The hasty interdisciplinary approach leads to the misapplication of the concept of interdisciplinary,the simple application of research methods,the blind merging of disciplinary organizations,and the violent single use of disciplinary power.In the process of application out of the ivory tower,the lack of concern for social reality,the organic application of new technology is not enough,and the lack of reference to the international frontier.Based on the above theoretical discussion and problem reflection,the fifth chapter provides optimization strategies for the construction of New disciplines.First,we should seek innovation on the premise of recognizing the rationality of discipline boundaries,pay attention to organic integration of disciplines and organic migration and application,and lead the construction of disciplines with developmental thinking.Secondly,we should respond to the realistic demand through the Newsubject construction.Finally,it is necessary to construct an evaluation system to promote the construction of New disciplines,highlight the inherent professionalism of disciplines,reflect the depth of interdisciplinary integration,reflect the degree of concern of disciplines to reality,and stimulate the innovative development of disciplines,place discipline construction in the context of national and social development,and continue to strengthen the legitimacy of the existence of universities and disciplines.Endow disciplines with new and sustainable development vitality.
