Logical reasoning is widely used in mathematics,and it can ensure the preciseness of mathematics.It is the support for people to think and solve problems reasonably.The concepts,properties,and judging theorems of solid geometry in senior high school are numerous and complicated,and there is a strong logic between different knowledge points.In order to obtain the concepts and theorems of solid geometry,it is often necessary to use a series of relevant conclusions and make rigorous logical argumentation to explain them.Based on this,this study investigates the current development of students’ logical reasoning literacy based on what they have learned in the section on cubic geometry.Based on the preliminary content of solid geometry,this study focuses on logical reasoning-a key core literacy.Firstly,the evaluation framework of logical reasoning literacy level is constructed with two dimensions;Then,the logical reasoning literacy test paper is compiled to test the students selected from grade two and grade three in senior of L Middle School in Z City.Through data analysis at last,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The core literacy of senior high school students’ logical reasoning is at the lower-middle level,in which the conjecture generalization index is the best,followed by relational connection,while the propositional argument index is weak;(2)The logical reasoning literacy of senior high school students,both in horizontal dimension and index dimension,has been improved with the increase of grade.However,the degree of improvement is not too great,indicating that the development of logical reasoning literacy of high school students takes time.According to the above analysis,this paper puts forward the following training suggestions for specific secondary indicators:(1)Teachers should make full use of the characteristics and intuitive function of graphics to guide students to guess,and attach importance to the explanation and application of analogical reasoning;(2)Teachers should help students master the essence of knowledge and understand the formation and development process of knowledge,teachers should grasp the relevance between mathematical knowledge and guide students to learn to look at the content of mathematical knowledge logically;(3)Teachers should sort out the logical relationship in the process of reasoning,guide and demonstrate the rigorous argumentation process,encourage students to try deductive reasoning independently,help students to standardize their expression,and then cultivate students’ logical reasoning literacy.
