Research On The Stages And Teaching Laws Of The Development Of Tai Chi Kung Fu

Tai Chi is known as "the movement that interprets Eastern philosophical thinking".On December 17,2020,Taijiquan was listed as a World Intangible Cultural Heritage as a requirement of "human cognition and practice of the universe and nature",which will surely make it carry more important tasks of international cultural dissemination.Due to the depth of Taijiquan’s own theory and the particularity of its sports forms,in-depth exploration of the development stages of Taijiquan Kung Fu and its teaching laws is not only to meet the inherent demands of today’s society to promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also to promote the scientific development and wide international dissemination of Taijiquan.With the purpose of disseminating the excellent traditional Chinese culture,promoting the integration of Chinese and Western cultures and cultivating Taiji talents and teachers in the new era,this thesis studies and discusses the historical origin,essential connotation,implementation methods,evaluation criteria and mutual relationships of each stage of the development of Taijiquan Kung Fu through the literature method,interview method,logical analysis method and comprehension method,so as to highlight the essential attributes and technical value of Taijiquan and improve the theoretical research system of Taijiquan.In addition,this study integrates Eastern philosophy and culture and Western motor skills,combines sports technology teaching theory with Taijiquan teaching activities,studies the stage division of Taijiquan in the teaching process of Kung Fu development,and explores and discusses the specific teaching laws of each stage.First of all,Wang Zongyue’s article "On Taijiquan" divides the development of Taijiquan Kung Fu into three stages: "Be-skilled" "Jin’s Understanding" and "Master Godlike".Through research,it is concluded that "Be-skilled" is to achieve the physical state of mastery of moves,"Jin’s Understanding" is to achieve the state of technical attack that is touching and sticking,and "Master Godlike" is to achieve the first two stages of kung fu progression,through prudent and independent cultivation to make the body reach a realm of "natural nature" and "unity of heaven and man".Secondly,due to the difficult and complex process of realizing "Jin’s Understanding" and "Master Godlike",coupled with the limited number of courses and teaching time arrangement in colleges and universities,this thesis mainly divides the development of kung fu from the beginner to "Be-skilled" stage in the teaching process of Tai Chi into "cognitive and copying stage","leading and comprehension stage" and "pointing and penetration stage" according to the embodiment,consciousness characteristics and sports technology teaching principles of sports technology acquisition,and the teaching rules of each stage are explored and discussed.
