Improving students’ personality,enhancing students’ personality quality and shaping students’ sound personality are the basic requirements and inevitable orientation of China’s education modernization reform since the new era,and are the urgent needs for implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education.However,the current situation of personality development of high school students is not satisfactory,and the common phenomena such as blurred ideals and beliefs,lack of social responsibility,and increasing depression rate year by year indicate that the personality quality of high school students needs to be improved,and the strength of personality education at high school level needs to be continuously strengthened.In this regard,a systematic and perfect high school personality education curriculum is the sure way to solve the personality crisis of high school students and improve their personality quality.Based on this,this paper constructs a more complete high school personality education curriculum system based on the research of the current situation of high school students’ personality and on the basis of relevant policies and theories.Firstly,through collecting,organizing and analyzing the literature related to personality education and personality education curriculum at home and abroad,we understand and grasp to a certain extent the current research dynamics and development trends related to personality education curriculum in high school at home and abroad.Among them,we mainly sort out the current situation in foreign countries from the representative United States,Germany and Japan,and the current situation of personality education research in China in terms of development history,meaning and connotation,etc.We also sort out the research related to personality education curriculum through some actual examples of personality education curriculum systems that have been constructed in schools,and finally summarize the relevant research at home and abroad.Secondly,the necessity and importance of constructing a personality education curriculum for high schools are analyzed.The necessity of constructing a personality education curriculum in high school is analyzed from both historical necessity and practical necessity by combining existing literature,and the importance of constructing a personality education curriculum in high school is pointed out.Thirdly,the questionnaire survey was used to basically understand and grasp the basic situation of personality education and curriculum in high school.We designed student questionnaires and teacher interview outlines to investigate the status of personality education and curriculum in high school.Through the judgment of the questionnaire results,the comprehensive interview results concluded that: teachers and students understand personality education;the curriculum system of personality education in high school is not very perfect;teachers and students call for personality education and its curriculum construction.Fourthly,we clarify the positioning of the high school personality education curriculum and determine the basis and principles for constructing the high school personality education curriculum.The positioning of the high school personality education curriculum is systematically explored from the positioning of the nature of the curriculum,the positioning of the type of the curriculum and the positioning of the function of the curriculum,and the bases and principles of its construction are determined.Finally,a relatively complete curriculum for personality education in high school is constructed.Based on the relevant policies and theories,and following the principles of constructs,a systematic and perfect personality education curriculum is constructed in four aspects: curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,in order to solve the personality crisis of high school students and shape their sound personality,which has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the development of modern personality education theory and has important practical value.This has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the development of modern personality education theory and has important practical value.
