The contradictions in China’s sports development are mainly caused by the people’s growing diversified and multi-level sports demand and insufficient effective supply of sports, mainly caused by the shortage of sports talents, and the sports college entrance examination is an important force for the future development of the national sports industry. Therefore, taking necessary means to improve the level of sports college entrance examination students is an important foundation for the development of national sports. With the increasing popularity of the sports college entrance examination, the physical fitness requirements for students are getting higher and higher, and the competition pressure of candidates is high.Training monitoring and evaluation can allow coaches and students to intuitively see the dynamic changes in training, and also provide guidance for the adjustment of coaches’ training plans, improve the objectivity and scientificity of training, and improve the technical level of physical education candidates and improve training performance. This thesis takes the monitoring and evaluation of physical fitness status of candidates majoring in ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province as the research object,and35 general physical examination candidates of leading sports clubs as the test objects, and uses literature method, mathematical statistical method, video analysis method, comparative analysis method, expert interview method, test method and other research methods to track and analyze the whole training of the test subject, and conducts technical analysis of its data processing and technical analysis through video, and timely feedback the obtained data to promote the improvement of training efficiency and sports performance.Research results:1.On the 100 m project, the step frequency index and step length index have increased, but the step length index has not improved significantly, and the number of steps in the whole process of most test subjects is high. The low maximum speed level has become an important factor affecting the performance, the speed of the test subjects in the final running stage has a clear downward trend, and some test subjects in the sprint stage do not pay enough attention to their ideas.2.In terms of shot put,the overall level is still low.Although the two factors of shot speed and shot angle, which have the greatest impact on shot put results, have different degrees of improvement, the technical movements of individual test subjects are unstable, and the overall shot speed is low, resulting in unsatisfactory results.During the throwing process, some test subjects did not pay attention to the rules and frequently committed fouls.3.Some test subjects are not excellent enough, mainly reflected in the excessive angle of pedaling, resulting in a decrease in horizontal speed. The low height of the maximum center of gravity limits the integrity of the leg lift in the air. Some test subjects pre-swing too many times, which eventually leads to uncoordinated movements.4.The strength quality level of some test subjects is still weak, and although the upper limb strength of some subjects is relatively excellent,it is not well combined with speed, resulting in insufficient explosive power, which in turn affects the shot put score.5.The test subjects do not pay enough attention to the daily test,do not have a clear understanding of the examination process and rules, and the attitude in the individual test is not correct enough, which ultimately affects the score.6.The use of training monitoring and evaluation in the training process can effectively promote the efficiency of training, through the processing of the corresponding video, obtain data, and then feedback it to the coach and the test object, and guide the coach to scientifically arrange subsequent training. |
