Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Stephen·Curry led the Warriors to a four-year triple crown,quietly changing the direction of the league’s development,making the world aware of the importance of three-pointers and realizing that small players can also dominate the basketball league.Curry’s success is due to his ultra-long-range shooting ability,his shooting action is different from the traditional shooting action.Although one-handed shoulder shooting in place has certain research significance,it cannot restore the characteristics of actual shooting in basketball games,and through video analysis,it is found that Curry’s shooting choices during the game are mostly emergency stop jumpers after dribbling,emergency stop jumpers after borrowing teammates to cover and emergency stop jumpers after receiving teammates.Therefore,this thesis selects Kobe Bryant’s emergency stop jumper technique as a representative of traditional shooting and Stephen Curry’s emergency stop jumper technology for comparative research,from the analysis of the physical fitness of two basketball players,combined with the emergency stop jumper action in basketball,explores the kinematic differences between Curry’s shooting and traditional shooting technology,and conducts targeted technical analysis and movement law research on the key movements of stop-jump shot.Specific research objectives include:(1)to compare and study the kinematic differences between one-motion shooting and two-motion shooting,and to summarize the Curry-style stop-jump shot technique style and Kobe-style stop-jump shot technical style;(2)Explore the kinematic law of emergency stop jumper,use the law and combine the basketball player’s own conditions to provide appropriate training suggestions.Methods:This thesis analyzes and studies the technical movements of basketball emergency stop jumper through literature method,data analysis method,experimental method and comparative analysis method.22 basketball players were selected as subjects,and the kinematic data of the stop-jump shot technology in training was collected by high-speed cameras,and the clear and smooth three-point hitting movements were selected for analysis,and the optical flow method was combined with the Matlab software programming language for analysis and processing.In the process of research,the technical action of the emergency stop jumper is divided into four parts: the ball holding braking stage,the ground jumping stage and the free hand stage.Results of the study :1.In terms of the consumption time of stop-jump shot: it takes 0.59 s to step emergency stop to connect a one-motion shot,0.78 s to a two-motion shot to a step emergency stop,0.61 s to a one-motion type to jump stop to connect,and 0.81 s to a two-motion jump stop to connect.2.Emergency stop-jump shot soaring height: stride connection one-motion shot 0.26 m,stride emergency stop connection two-motion vacancy 0.36 m,jump emergency stop connection one-motion vacancy 0.33 m,jump emergency stop connected two-motion vacancy 0.44 m.3.In the emergency stop jumper technical action,in the shooting process,the angular velocity is the largest,the elbow joint change amplitude of the one-section shot is 58.2 °,60.5 °,the value of the angular velocity is 363.8 °,378.1 ° / s,the elbow joint change amplitude of the two-stage shot is 41.5 °,42.3 °,and the value of the angular velocity is 259.3 °,264.4 ° / s;The angular velocity of the knee joint is the smallest,the knee joint change range is 42.3°,44.5°,the angular velocity of the joint is 70.5°,74.1°,the knee joint change range of the jumping one-stage shot and the jump-connected two-stage shot is 42.8°,46.3°,and the joint angular velocity is71.3°/s and 72.1°/s.Conclusions of the study:1.Contrast between the "Curry-style" stop-jump shot and the "Kobe-style" stop-jump shot.The Curry-style stop-jump shot is mainly a stride emergency stop connected one-motion shot,which consumes the shortest time in terms of the time consumed to complete the stop-jump shot action,and the lowest shooting height in the air.Kobe-style stop-jump shot is based on jumping step emergency stop connected two-motion shooting,the shooting technology takes the longest time,the height of the air is high,the shot point is high,and it is not easy to be blocked.2.Comparison of one-motion shooting and two-motion shooting.The common denominator is that both shots can be considered as a complete whipping action,starting with the leg drive to increase the angular velocity of the knee,hip,shoulder and elbow joints,and the whole process is to continuously apply energy to the ball.There are two differences between a one-motion shot and a two-motion shot: first,in the preparation stage of lifting the ball,the elbow joint of the one-motion shot is 67.9-69.6°,and the elbow joint of the two-motion shot is 89.3-91.2°;Second,the one-piece shot is smoothly connected in the stage of lifting the ball and shooting shot,and the action is completed in one go,without obvious pauses.A one-motion shot does not pursue high lag,so there is no need to wait for the process of taking off,so the shooter can shoot directly when he raises to the appropriate shooting position.The two-motion shot pursues a higher height in the air,and in the preparation stage of lifting the ball,the elbow joint of the shooting is kept at the most stable angle,and it is maintained until the highest point of the shot in the air,so it seems that there is a clear pause in the action.3.Comparison of step emergency stop and jump emergency stop.There is a significant difference between the two for the height of the flight,the knee joint change is not much different,the stride hip joint change amplitude is small and the joint angular speed is slow,the jump emergency stop change amplitude is large,the joint angular velocity is fast,it may be that the emergency stop jumper flexion hip is more sufficient,resulting in the jump
