| The essence of education is to promote the development of human beings.The role of education is to tap the potential of students and promote the all-round development of students.In the process of education reform,more and more emphasis is placed on the quality education of students.In order to solve the disadvantages brought by examoriented education,the state has promulgated a new curriculum standard oriented by literacy,aiming to promote the all-round development of students.For students with learning difficulties,quality education is particularly important.How to better promote the all-round development of students with learning difficulties is a long-term and arduous task.Although great progress has been made in quality education,the remaining problems of exam-oriented education have yet to be solved,especially the problem of students with learning difficulties.From the perspective of self-efficacy of students with learning difficulties,this paper investigates the relationship between student management and self-efficacy of students with learning difficulties in the process of education,finds out the shortcomings of schools in managing students with learning difficulties and analyzes the reasons,and finally puts forward constructive measures.This study took the poor students in high school as the research object,took the theory of self-efficacy,Drucker’s goal management theory and multiple intelligences theory as the theoretical basis,and used the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with 355 poor high school students and 9 educators,and found the following problems through the survey: the support mechanism for poor students was relatively single;Teachers’ personal qualities are uneven;underprivileged students have low participation in class management;Insufficient psychological guidance for students with academic difficulties.In order to solve these existing problems,the author proposes constructive measures from four aspects: teacher support,school management,class management,and home-school collaborative education: establishing archives of poor students and establishing a learning community;Strengthen the building of teachers’ morality and teaching style,optimize teachers’ information skills training,and pay attention to the combination of teaching and research theory and practice;scientifically formulate class rules,implement democratic management,optimize role awareness,and deepen democratic management;Strengthen cooperation among teachers,optimize the use of educational resources,attach importance to psychological education for students in need,and give play to the joint efforts of home-school education.This study supplements how to improve the self-efficacy of poor high school students,and provides a reference for local high school management.In addition,through the study of poor students in high schools and middle schools,we can make the management of poor students in high schools more rational and humane. |
