survival status quo of the Eight Diagrams Palm in Suzhou City,and inheritors,transmission,and inheritance,in order to identify its existing problems,and propose relevant suggestions.Through research,it is concluded that:1.As a Neijia Fist,the Eight Diagrams Palm was created by Ren Dingcai and promoted by Xu Liansheng.Since 1970,on the basis of face-to-face and correspondence teaching throughout the country,Ren Dingcai has successively carried out activities on the Eight Diagrams Palm in China,and there are more and more research conferences on Eight Diagrams Palm in various regions.However,in academic circles,there are few research documents on the Eight Diagrams Palm.In the folk,it is still a strange boxing genre for most martial arts enthusiasts.2.The “generation system” and “inheritance of masters and apprentices”are an indispensable part of the inheritance of Suzhou City’s Eight Diagrams Palm,which contains moral norms,humanistic spirit,and values.In addition,the Eight Trigrams Palm has its own basic elements and cultural characteristics(combining martial arts with ease,taking objects from afar,and taking bodies from afar;combining martial arts with medicine,connecting acupoints,and dredging meridians)3.The disciples of the head of the Eight Trigrams Palm in Suzhou,Anhui has actively participated in major sports at home and abroad,promoted the Eight Trigrams Palm through the local media,and initiated face-to-face teaching throughout the country,as well as teaching in other provinces and cities.4.The Eight Trigrams Palm practiced in Wudang Mountain is widely considered to be their own boxing,and it has also been controversial in academia or martial arts.According to research,the first communication between Wudang Mountain and the Eight Trigrams Palm was when Taoist Xu Bin went to Wudang Mountain,Suzhou City,Anhui Province in 1988 to learn the Eight Trigrams Palm;The second exchange was in June 2021,when Guo Zhaohui,the fourth generation successor of the Eight Diagrams Palm,and Yang Zhengqing,the “Chinese Escort King”,went to Wudang Mountain to receive Zhong Yunlong.5.The main problem encountered in the inheritance of the innovation-driven.Break the“Master-apprentice” mode of inheritance,adopt modern teaching model,“Teacher” as the core of the system into a student-centered.2.It must throw out athletics this“Brick”,the ultimate goal is to lead to the traditional original flavor of this“Jade” up.Through competitive teaching,students will naturally trace the source.In order to advance from traditional routine to
