| In senior high school,students are in an important period of physical and mental development.With the development of physical and psychological development,the expansion of social experience and the change of thinking mode,they will encounter various problems in study,life and communication.In recent years,the state and society pay more and more attention to the mental health of adolescent students.Therefore,it is an important topic to explore and improve the way of exercise intervention of high school students’ mental state.Yoga is one of the best exercises for aerobic breathing,and its meditation relaxes the mind and energizes the body.At present,the studies on yoga’s intervention in students’ anxiety,attention and willpower are not deep enough.Therefore,through the reform of yoga teaching and experiments,based on the comparison of experimental data,this paper explores the interference degree of yoga on high school students’ anxiety,attention and willpower,so as to provide a theoretical basis for better improving the mental health level of middle school students.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.Sixty-one students in Grade two of Qingzhou Experimental Middle School were selected as experimental subjects,anxiety,attention and willpower were selected as test indicators,and yoga courses were designed in accordance with physical and mental characteristics of high school students by referring to "Fitness Yoga position Standard(Trial)" promoted by Social Sports Center of the State General Administration of Sport.The self-rating Anxiety Form(SAS),the Adolescent Attention Test scale and the Willpower Test of Middle School students were used for the tests before and after the experiment.The experimental results show that:(1)The longitudinal comparison of anxiety scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment had a very significant difference(p<0.01);The longitudinal comparison of anxiety scores before and after the experiment in the control group had no significant difference(p>0.05);There was significant difference in anxiety score between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.01).(2)The longitudinal comparison of attention scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment showed significant differences in attention distribution,attention stability and attention transfer(p<0.01),and significant differences in attention span(p<0.05);The longitudinal comparison of attention scores before and after the experiment in the control group showed no significant differences in attention distribution,attention span and attention transfer(p>0.05),but very significant differences in attention stability(p<0.01).Horizontal comparison of attention scores between the experimental group and the control group showed that there were significant differences in attention distribution,attention span and attention transfer(p<0.05),and very significant differences in attention stability(p<0.01).(3)The longitudinal comparison of willpower scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment had a very significant difference(p<0.01);The longitudinal comparison of willpower score of control group before and after the experiment had significant difference(p<0.05);There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the horizontal comparison of willpower score after the experiment(p<0.05).The following conclusions can be drawn from this study:(1)Yoga has a significant effect on improving the anxiety state of high school students.(2)After the intervention of yoga,high school students’ attention distribution ability,attention span,attention stability and attention transfer ability have been improved to some extent,among which the change of attention stability ability is the most prominent.(3)Compared with the control group,yoga exercise has more obvious effect on the cultivation of high school students’ willpower.Combining the performance and learning effect of students in yoga class,in order to better improve the physical and mental health of students and increase the promotion of yoga in high school campus,the school,teachers and students are put forward some suggestions: pay attention to the mental health of high school students and effectively improve their mental quality;Strengthen conditions and guarantee,promote yoga into high school;Focus on the construction of yoga teachers to stimulate the vitality of development;Strengthen multi-party cooperation,make full use of internal and external resources;Pay attention to the promotion effect,and ensure the "church,practice,often competition". |
