On January 16,2018,the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as "Curriculum Standards(2017edition)")approved by the State Teaching Materials Commission was officially issued and implemented in autumn 2018.In the Curriculum Standards(2017 edition),physical fitness is divided into a separate module and is highlighted as a compulsory part.It can be seen that physical fitness is a very important part of physical education and health curriculum,which plays an important role in improving students’ physical quality and cultivating good psychological quality.This paper takes the status quo of physical module teaching implementation in Yining high school as the research object,through the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,based on the seven elements of teachers,students,teaching objectives,content,methods,environment and evaluation,analyzes the status quo and existing problems of physical module teaching in Yining high school,and puts forward the optimization path.It provides a preliminary theoretical reference for the effective implementation of physical module teaching in Yining high school.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Relevant education departments and senior high school leaders in Yining City do not pay enough attention to the teaching of physical modules,and their attention intensity fails to meet the corresponding teaching requirements.(2)The total number of high school PE teachers in Yining is relatively sufficient,but the allocation of PE teachers in terms of gender,education background and special resources is insufficient;Most physical education teachers are not clear about the specific implementation requirements of physical fitness module;Physical education teacher training time is insufficient.(3)Yining high school students lack of cognition and understanding of physical modules;The overall satisfaction of students to the physical fitness module teaching is mainly concentrated in the general and relatively satisfied stage,a small number of students are not satisfied with the current physical fitness module teaching.(4)Yining high school physical education teachers tend to focus their teaching objectives in the physical fitness module.The main objective is to promote the healthy development of students,improve their physical health and physical fitness.(5)Senior high schools in Yining City do not arrange teaching content reasonably.The teaching content of physical fitness module is simple,and students are not interested in physical fitness module.(6)High school physical education teachers in Yining City are relatively simple in the practical application of physical education module teaching methods,preferring traditional teaching methods.(7)The field equipment of Yining high school can meet the needs of daily classes,but the equipment for physical module teaching is less and relatively old.Individual school site area is small,easy to appear site application phenomenon.(8)In terms of teaching evaluation,some high school physical education teachers in Yining City gave unitary teaching evaluation to students,and focused on the result evaluation,did not update the educational concept,and ignored the individual differences of students.According to the investigation and research conclusions,the following optimization paths are proposed for physical module teaching in Yining high school:(1)Improve Yining senior high school leaders’ attention to physical modules,and formulate appropriate teaching plans and objectives for physical modules.(2)Strengthen the construction of high school physical education teachers in Yining City and reasonably allocate teacher resources.(3)Attach importance to the cultivation of teaching and research ability of high school PE teachers in Yining City,encourage PE teachers to continue their education,and improve their own discipline core quality.(4)Strengthen the intensity and depth of physical module teaching content in Yining high school,and improve the cognition of high school students in Yining on physical module.(5)Optimize the content of physical module teaching and stimulate students’ interest in learning by evaluating the existing physical module teaching content in Yining high school.(6)Reasonable setting of physical module teaching content and objectives in Yining high school,selection of appropriate training methods,strengthening course management and monitoring,introduction of extracurricular activities and other ways to solve the problem of insufficient physical module teaching load.(7)Enriching physical module teaching methods and optimizing and integrating teaching methods in Yining high school,so as to enrich classroom atmosphere,improve teaching efficiency and strengthen teaching effect.(8)Strengthen the construction of physical fitness module teaching infrastructure in Yining high school,optimize sports venues,increase sports equipment,etc.,so as to provide better teaching conditions for Yining high school students and improve the teaching effect of physical fitness module.(9)Perfect Yining high school physical module teaching evaluation system,pay attention to the evaluation method,evaluation subject diversification. |
