In recent years,the Internet field has developed rapidly,and the media has emerged in an endless stream.The exchange of social media has become the most important channel for contemporary people to exchange information and public opinion evolution and dissemination.The network public opinion event caused a high degree of social concern and extensive discussion,such as extensive discussion on social platforms such as Weibo,We Chat,Xiaohongshu,and Zhihu to form a more significant network public opinion event.With the rapid development of digital technology,the era of big data has covered all aspects of life.The integration of tourism and information technology is also deepening.Social media,big data analysis cloud tourism and other products have also emerged.At the same time,social media has become the main platform for tourists to communicate and evaluate in the era of big data.This paper studies the application of life cycle theory in tourism network public opinion events,and summarizes the emotional characteristics of tourism network public opinion events.This paper introduces the keyword extraction algorithm of tourism network public opinion,and analyzes the keyword characteristics and emotional attitude characteristics of Jiuzhaigou guide ’s abusive incidents.The life cycle theory is applied to tourism network public opinion events.The development of tourism network public opinion events has gone through four stages : incubation period,outbreak period,maturity period and recession period.The incubation period refers to the first time that the event appeared but did not cause widespread concern in public opinion.The outbreak period refers to the stage that has attracted public opinion attention and began to spread rapidly in cyberspace.The mature period refers to the stage in which the propagation speed of public opinion events gradually slows down,but public opinion emotions still exist;the recession period refers to the stage when the emotions of public opinion events gradually subside and the events gradually fade out of people ’s vision.Aiming at the tourism network public opinion events,from the perspective of 4R crisis theory,this paper discusses the influence of network public opinion events on tourism industry,and how to realize the effective management of network public opinion events through 4R crisis theory.Network public opinion events will have many impacts on the tourism industry. |
