| Teacher job satisfaction refers to the overall evaluation of whether various factors in the job can meet their own needs,including subjective psychological feelings such as attitudes towards the job itself and the external environment,which has an important impact on teachers’ job performance and work engagement.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the development of education and the teacher community,making a series of important discussions,triggering widespread discussion from all sectors of society,and becoming a hot topic for many scholars in related fields.The relevant education authorities have introduced various measures aimed at stimulating the momentum of the education system and tapping the effectiveness of teachers’ work.Teacher job satisfaction is an important factor in promoting the level of basic education,and it is also a topic that organizational managers cannot ignore.Especially in public secondary schools where the interest linkage is relatively fixed,the level of job satisfaction of teachers is closely related to factors such as their work motivation,willingness to stay,self-efficacy,degree of engagement,and teaching enthusiasm.Focusing on improving the level of teachers’ job satisfaction is of great significance to improving the educational level of schools,promoting the overall growth of students,and coordinating the balanced development of education.In view of this,this study focuses on public middle schools in S City,focusing on exploring factors that affect teacher job satisfaction.Combining the development of public middle schools in the case area,it explores the current situation and shortcomings of job satisfaction among public middle school teachers in S City,and analyzes and proposes optimization and improvement suggestions.This paper first discusses the research background of the topic,and further discusses the value and significance of the topic.Then,by consulting the literature,the author combs and classifies the theories of domestic and foreign scholars about teachers’ job satisfaction and makes a summary analysis.On this basis,it defines the relevant concepts of public middle school teachers,job satisfaction,job motivation,and establishes a theoretical framework for further exploration of public middle school teachers’ job satisfaction.Then it introduces the current situation of job satisfaction of public middle school teachers in the case area.Through data research,questionnaires,field research and other methods,it has a preliminary understanding of the overall situation of job satisfaction of public middle school teachers in the area,and uses statistical software to conduct empirical analysis of the collected data,Extract the analysis dimension of the reasons and problems reflected by the low level of satisfaction of some teachers in the public middle schools in S city.Finally,according to the problems and reasons analyzed and combined with the actual situation,the paper gives some reference suggestions to improve teachers’ job satisfaction.According to the research conclusion,in order to better motivate and stimulate the job satisfaction of teachers in public middle schools in S City,and then stimulate their effectiveness,the school should not only fulfill the responsibility of the management body,but also form a joint force of the individual teachers,the government and the school.In the process of improving the level of job satisfaction of public middle school teachers,we should not only fully respect and mobilize the individual factors of public middle school teachers,but also improve the institutional mechanism and improve the management level of the education system itself.In addition,government departments should do a good job of supporting and guiding,play a key role,and create a healthy external macro environment to improve the job satisfaction of public middle school teachers and stimulate their effectiveness. |
