| Talent and education are the foundation of a country.The diversified demand for talents in the society makes it necessary to explore the diversification of education in China.By attracting advanced educational means and management methods,and relying on advanced educational resources and concepts,international schools cultivate innovative compound talents proficient in international culture for the country.International schools are the inevitable result of adapting to the needs of the development of The Times.Meanwhile,the emergence of international schools in China has promoted the transformation of China’s education model,education content and education structure.The international school is an important way to explore the diversity of education,and the teachers in the international school are the effective means to realize its role.Teachers in international schools come from all over the world and have different cultural backgrounds.The management of teachers in international schools is very difficult,so school-based training is particularly important in the management of teachers in international schools.In this study,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods were adopted to investigate the satisfaction of school-based training among teachers in two private international schools in Shenyang.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature,the author compiled the Questionnaire on the Satisfaction of Teachers’ school-based Training in Shenyang Citizen-run International Schools and the Outline of Research and Interview on the Satisfaction of teachers’ School-based Training in Shenyang Citizen-run International Schools.Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were conducted on teachers in international schools.Descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis were mainly used to understand the satisfaction status of teachers in school-based training.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the main problems in school-based training in international schools are: the content of school-based training is rigid and formalistic;The training is not targeted and inconsistent with the actual needs of teachers;No follow-up and feedback after the training;Teachers lack the enthusiasm to participate in training.Based on the attribution analysis from the three levels of government,school and teachers,the following suggestions are put forward: at the level of government,reasonable training effectiveness testing standards should be put forward to strengthen the supervision of school-based training of teachers in international schools;At the school level,the plan and content of school-based training should be adjusted in time to strengthen the emphasis on school-based training;Teachers should improve their professional consciousness and adjust their attitude towards school-based training. |
