With the rapid development of intelligent technology,more and more information technology is being applied to the field of education.The emergence of online learning systems has liberated learners from the confines of the classroom.Learners’ learning is no longer fixed at a fixed time,but can be conducted anytime and anywhere,making learning more free.On the one hand,the close combination of technology and education provides learners with massive learning resources,but it also brings about the problem of fragmentation and fragmentation of learning knowledge,which makes learners’ learning disorderly.Declarative knowledge is the basis of all knowledge learning.If declarative knowledge can be scientifically and reasonably organized,then learners’ learning can be orderly.To solve this problem,this thesis integrates various theories and technologies,proposes a declarative knowledge organization model based on TPACK,and gives specific steps to integrate it into the domain knowledge model of the adaptive learning system,and constructs a systematic domain knowledge model,so that learners can not only learn knowledge,but also learn how to organize knowledge through the adaptive learning system.On the other hand,although many scholars have conducted research on adaptive learning systems,they have neglected the impact of learners’ cognitive load on their learning when constructing learner models in adaptive learning systems.Therefore,when constructing learner models,this article first conducted in-depth research on cognitive load,and then incorporated it into the learner model,increasing the dimensions of the learner model,make recommendations more effective.In addition,the adaptive learning system designed in this article can also recommend suitable learning resources for learners,so that learners no longer need to search for learning resources themselves,saving them time searching for learning resources and helping them adapt to the development of the information society.It can also group learners into homogeneous groups,let learners conduct collaborative learning,and help learners achieve in-depth learning and form core discipline literacy.Finally,it is possible to recommend learning paths for learners and visualize them in the form of a knowledge graph,allowing learners to have an understanding of their current level and knowledge structure,and to know how far they are to reach their learning goals.The main research work of this article is as follows:First,through research on various theories and technologies,based on the CELTS-3proposed by the China E-Learning Technology Standardization Committee,a TPACK based declarative knowledge organization model was constructed and specific implementation steps were provided.Taking declarative knowledge in “C Programming” as an example,it was organized and visualized in the form of a knowledge graph,Taking the TPACK based declarative knowledge organization model and the “C Programming” knowledge map as a part of the domain knowledge model,the richness of the domain knowledge model is increased,so that the domain knowledge model is no longer just a simple storage of knowledge points and learning resources,but on this basis,the method of knowledge organization is taught to learners,so that learners can master the method of knowledge organization while learning knowledge.Second,cognitive load is closely related to learners’ learning.It is a load that learners inevitably generate during the learning process.Both too high and too low loads can have a negative impact on learners’ learning.Therefore,through in-depth research on cognitive load,it can be used as a dimension of learners’ models to make learners’ models closer to real learners,and recommendations can be made based on the information of learners’ models,can increase the accuracy of recommendation results.Third,the teaching model is the key to realize adaptive learning.According to the adaptive source,the teaching model,based on the domain knowledge model and learner model,recommends appropriate learning resources to learners,combines user based collaborative filtering recommendation and association rule based recommendation,realizes the recommendation of learning resources,and helps learners adapt to the development of information society.Fuzzy C-means clustering is used to group learners homogeneously to help learners carry out collaborative learning and achieve in-depth learning and the formation of core discipline literacy faster.Recommend learning paths using ant colony algorithm and present them in the form of a knowledge graph to help learners learn better.In conclusion,based on a variety of theories and technologies,this thesis constructs a declarative knowledge adaptive learning system based on the knowledge map,designs the domain knowledge model and learner model in detail,and implements adaptive learning with related algorithms.
